I paid specifically for HDHMR material, yet they used different materials in some cabinets without informing me. Even their manager and technician acknowledged this error initially, but now they are attempting to shift blame and twist the facts. Look at the quality of service—I'm asking simple questions, yet your support team has gone weeks without providing answers. Instead, they keep repeating the same responses. If I share the full conversation, everyone will see the low-quality service and support provided by Livspace.
