Dear Livspace, I am highly disappointed to see the response of team post work. From last 2 months I am asking to correct the work but no one is responding . Is it the 10 yrs warranty you are claiming and customer is suffering.
Livspace [Don't delete my comments if you are unable to resolve the issue] Key Issues: * Worst Customer Support: The team is unresponsive, and the escalation process is useless. (Complaint filed on the Livspace portal in August 2024 remains unresolved.) * Misleading Documentation & Unacceptable Delays: Critical details discussed during the project were intentionally left out of the signed-off document. The team repeatedly shared incorrect sign-off documents with missing or inaccurate details, causing significant frustration and delays. * Lack of Transparent Cost Calculation: Sales representatives failed to explain cost variations and even presented the same sign-off document twice with different project costs. * Poor After-Sales Service: There is a complete lack of accountability and tracking for replacement parts, despite Livspace offering a 10-year warranty on its products.
Livspase team Please close all the adds that your are flooding about service and quality of product...This is the company where no body is professional even the CEO ...looks like nobody cares ..We have been facing issues for last 3 months..Even writing to the CEO office, after getting acknowledgement about issues...no body working on it. This feedback is for all new customers, thinking about this company. 1. Don't pay any advance money, you will be trapped. 2. Check the billing details while finalizing on cost. They will offer you big discount on each segment. But while billing, they will charge service tax on MRP not on discounted price. Ex.in our project we were surprised to notice service charges added for 0 amount of a product on it's MRP. 3. Don't make 100% payment - as soon as full payment is received, no body will listen to you after several requests - even the CEO. 4. Check the cost calculation in detail - or you will be end up paying service tax on MRP ( GST including price).
Hence, we decided to not go for Livspace pace interiors. Its been over 2 months and none of Livspace person is responding on email. People sitting in store are saying its not in our hands now. Out of frustration I added all the Livspace email addresses that I found online in mail chain including founders email address. But none of these thugs bothered to reply. I have been following up with their customer care since last week but even from their I am not getting any satisfactory response. Jagruti Borse murtaza sadiq are threatening us for legal action and are denying to refund any amount. All these statement of quality work and 10 Year guarantee are to fool people and extortion mechanism to suck money from peoples pocket. THEY HAVE ALL GIRLS GANG TO FOOL PEOPLE. My close friend has his Home interiors done by @Livspace and overall it was a great experience. From the get go @Deepak singh (designer) was there to explain every step and provide us with the best design for the space and @Rakesh kumar (Project Manager) executed the works with utmost sincerity and commitment. The team was always available to tackle every situation which arrised and gave incredible support going above and beyond their scope to give us a better outcome. LivspaceLivspace Support Tarnish, Manendra Mani, Krutika Shah, and the entire team have been repeatedly making false 24-hour commitments without taking any real action or responding. Tarnish suggested we follow up via email if the team doesn’t respond, but when we do, they all go silent.Krutika Shah, the so-called head designer of the Ahmedabad team, is the worst employee we've encountered. She has no control over her team and keeps giving us false commitments. We are following up daily, but this unprofessional Ahmedabad team is causing us immense stress and mental harassment.If this continues, I will have no option but to file a mental harassment case against the company. The entire management team—Saurabh Jain, Ankit Thakral, Anuj Srivastav, and even the CEO's office—is indifferent and nonresponsive to customer concerns. Mid-level managers like Sejal Patel & Krutika Shah are all equally responsible for delays, unfulfilled commitments, and fake promises.This constant follow-up is severely affecting our mental health, daily routine, and work. They have been visiting our home as if it’s a public place, arriving at their own convenience to address pending work that has been delayed for over 1.5 months. Despite the handover date being November 10, they show up every alternate day, disrupting the peace of my family, including the sleep schedule of my 9-month-old child. Today, they came to shift a mirror and ended up breaking it due to their lack of skill and professionalism. Now, we anticipate the usual cycle of fake promises to resolve the issue, followed by another week or 10 days of waiting for a simple mirror replacement. The staff at the Ahmedabad office are utterly unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Their actions have caused immense mental stress, affecting not just our personal lives but also our ability to focus on professional work.
