🌟 Gratitude and Growth 🌟 As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on the journey that brought me to where I am today. From my time at Kemper, where I built a strong foundation and learned the nuances of leadership, to my year and a half at Farmers, where I stretched my skills and stepped outside of my comfort zone. And then there’s Latitude—finding this incredible opportunity has been nothing short of life-changing. It feels like every step along the way prepared me for this moment, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the path that led me here. Each chapter taught me something invaluable: resilience, the power of a great team, the importance of taking risks, and the strength in adapting to change. Looking back, I see how the challenges and triumphs were all stepping stones to something greater. But this isn’t just about my story—it’s a reminder for all of us. Every experience, whether it’s easy or tough, is a piece of the puzzle. They shape who we are and where we’re headed. Gratitude helps us see the beauty in the process, even when the destination feels unclear. So today, I invite you to pause and reflect: What are you grateful for? How have your experiences, even the unexpected ones, shaped the person or professional you are now? Here’s to growth, gratitude, and the amazing journey ahead. 🙌✨ #gratitude #CareerJourney #reflection #thankful

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect, not just on what we’re grateful for, but on where we’re going. I’m driven by a vision—not just for my success, but for the impact I want to have on the people around me. Today I red this quote: "Be thankful for problems. If they were less difficult, someone with less ability might have your job." This quote reminds me of the hidden value in our challenges. Instead of viewing problems as obstacles, we should see them as opportunities to grow and showcase our abilities. Tackling difficult issues distinguishes us and highlights our strengths. In a professional setting, facing challenges drives personal and organizational success. Each problem solved is a testament to our capability and resilience. Embracing these difficulties with gratitude and confidence not only propels our growth but also affirms our unique contributions. By valuing our problems, we appreciate the skills that enable us to overcome them and recognize the opportunities they present.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞: 𝐀 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 As we approach the end of the year, I find myself reflecting on the transformative journey I’ve been on—losing my job after a 17-year corporate career to building a business in real estate while balancing life as a single mom of three. None of it has been easy, but every challenge has deepened my gratitude for the lessons learned and the incredible people who have supported me along the way. Gratitude has been a cornerstone in both my personal and professional growth. It keeps me grounded in the present, focused on what truly matters, and inspired to pursue big goals. Whether I’m exploring a new industrial flex space opportunity or spending time with my kids during all their school activities, gratitude reminds me that even the smallest victories deserve to be celebrated. This year, I’m especially grateful for: • The courage to start something new, despite uncertainty. • My family, who are my greatest cheerleaders and the reason I work so hard to create a flexible, fulfilling life. • The mentors and partners who’ve shared their knowledge, pushing me to grow in ways I never imagined. • The chance to connect with people who are curious about real estate investing and help them see the opportunities it offers. For anyone reading this, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on what you’re grateful for. Gratitude has a way of shifting our mindset from what’s missing to what’s possible. And when we focus on possibility, doors we never saw before begin to open. What are you grateful for this year? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Let’s inspire each other to close this year with gratitude and step into the new one with purpose and possibility. #Gratitude #Reflection #Growth #RealEstateInvesting

Balancing Gratitude and Anticipation I’ve been thinking a lot about the delicate balance between appreciating the present and staying excited about the future. It's a bit of a dance we all do in our careers, isn't it? ✔️ We work hard ✔️ Grow through challenges ✔️ Celebrate wins … but there's always that pull toward what's next. On my wall, I have a post-it note that’s been there so long it’s almost faded. It says, “Grateful for what is. Excited for what’s to come.” This simple reminder keeps me grounded in the present while fueling my anticipation for what’s ahead. Which reminds me of a powerful exercise I did recently that posed this simple prompt: WOULDN’T IT BE NICE IF... Try filling in the blank with 20+ responses and see the transformation unfold! Think about what would make your career, your business, or your personal life even more fulfilling. This small shift in thinking can help open up a world of possibilities, both personally and professionally. ⬇️ What’s one thing you’re grateful for or excited about in your work right now? Feel free to share in the comments, or simply take a moment to reflect. Here's to being grateful for today while keeping our hearts open to tomorrow's possibilities!

When Was the Last Time You Just Stopped and Felt Grateful? Sometimes we get so wrapped up in chasing the next milestone, tackling the next challenge, and hitting those ambitious goals that we forget to pause, reflect, and simply be grateful. I’m guilty of it myself, but it's time to change that. Looking back, I've grown in ways I couldn’t have imagined a year ago—both personally and professionally. And I am genuinely grateful. Grateful for the journey that brought me here, for the lessons learned, for the people who have inspired and supported me along the way, and even for the challenges that stretched me to new heights. All of it has shaped who I am today, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Gratitude isn’t just about celebrating the big wins; it's also about recognizing the steps we took to get there, the strength we found, and the support that lifted us. So, what are you grateful for today? #GratitudeJourney #ReflectAndGrow #PersonalGrowth #ProfessionalGrowth #ThankfulHeart #AppreciationPost #CelebrateProgress #SuccessMindset #MindfulSuccess #GrowthMindset #PositiveVibesOnly #InspirationDaily #SuccessJourney #CareerReflection

GRATITUDE: The Heart of Leadership and Life As the year winds down, I can’t help but reflect on all the experiences and people who’ve shaped my journey. I’m deeply thankful for the opportunities to grow, the lessons learned, and, most importantly, the amazing teams and individuals I’ve been blessed to work alongside. For me, leadership has always been about serving others. It’s about showing up, setting clear expectations, and giving people the tools they need to succeed. It’s about recognizing, encouraging, appreciating, and leveling up (being R.E.A.L.) with every person on my team. When we focus on the basics, stay accountable, and work as one, we achieve incredible things together. At Seaside Dining Group - Jack in the Box, I’ve seen firsthand how consistency in the little things leads to big wins. I’m grateful for teams that hustle hard, stay focused, and face challenges head-on. Watching them grow inspires me to do better, both as a leader and as a person. Outside of work, I’m grounded by my faith, my family, and the belief that life is a little about finding balance and blending what matters most. Whether it’s building a business, pursuing fitness, doing things with your family, or starting something new, everything ties back to my purpose: to serve others and create a better future for my family. To my wife and kids-- you are my why. Your love, support, and patience remind me every day of what’s truly important. Gratitude is everything. It’s the foundation of success, growth, and connection. Take a moment to appreciate the wins--big or small--and the people who help make them possible. What are you thankful for this year? #Gratitude #Teamwork #Growth #ServantLeadership
