Leadership skills are crucial in business, even if you don't have a team. You've got to lead your business in the right direction and make big decisions. Without a leadership mindset it's going to be difficult to make your business a success. I'm proud to have grown my business the way I have but I wouldn't be where I am now without other leaders inspiring me along the way.
