I made this logo with AI. Here's how I did it. 1. Identify the visual themes worth exploring with the client and select a few. 2. Take those themes and explore dozens of options and styles via MidJourney to help them narrow their preferences. Half the work of design is helping clients figure out what they want. AI makes this part soooo much easier. 3. Narrow the styles you're hunting for and get more specific with your prompts in MidJourney. I played with Dall E a bit too. 4. Pick 3 winners and help the client identify what they like about those AI-generated logos. 5. Plan how to merge what they like visually (AI can't help you with this step yet). 6. Use Photoshops AI tool to manipulate the images and remove needed elements. 7. Live trace the raster image image and/or recreate some shapes in Illustrator. Color pick the colors the client wanted. 8. Find matching fonts and apply them. There are a lot of hard skills needed to walk through this process and a few soft ones, but the point is, that those with some skills can now be competing at a higher level. That will become more and more true as AI improves. #danchez

Lacking human depth? But if you are about using AI for a specific project, don't worry. It's not that complicated. Here are 3 points to think about: #1: Budget Are you running on a tight budget? AI may be a better choice if you can figure it out yourself. Quality illustrations come with a price. But if you need to hire someone to generate the AI images, then consider: #2: Vision AI can be a great tool. I've used it to create theater backdrops and other things.
