Christmas Season: Traditions vs. Needs A proverb says: Sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees, and the same can be true for Christmas, our traditions, and our needs. Do you follow traditions simply because they are traditions? Many of us do so unconsciously, often pushing past our own boundaries and overlooking our personal needs. Take some time to check in with each other about what you truly need this year during the week leading up to Christmas and throughout the holidays. Which traditions align with those needs, and which ones don’t? This is an opportunity to create new traditions or try something different this year. You might be surprised at the difference it makes in how you feel. Wishing you a wonderful 3rd Advent! #findjoyinthejourney #interpersonalconflict #cocreation #hearttoheartcommunication #honestcommunication #authenticrelationships #conflicttransformation #leadershipskills #ceomindset #stressless #kommunikasjon #hjertetilhjertekommunikasjon #ærligkommunikasjon #autentiskforhold #konflikt #konflikttransformasjon #ledelse #stresshåndtering #herzzuherzkommunikation #authentischebeziehungen #konfliktpotential

It’s fun t-shirt (and socks) Friday, holiday style! National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation is one of the greatest Christmas movies of all time. While the comedy and story line might be over the top at times, it’s all about the messy, meaningful moments that define the holidays. Clark Griswold’s relentless pursuit of the “perfect” Christmas has themes we can all relate to: Generosity: Giving time, effort, and love—even when it’s not perfect. Kindness: Meeting people where they are, quirks and all. Thankfulness: Finding gratitude in the imperfections. Family: Loving the chaos because it’s what makes life real. The magic of the holidays isn’t in perfection. It’s showing up for the people we love, embracing the laughs, the frustrations, and everything in between. What’s your favorite holiday movie?

Trade EXPECTATION for APPRECIATION today. Live every day in an Attitude if Gratitude. Gratitude for your parents having s3x and gifting you this chance to live every day. Gratitude for the food you eat. Gratitude for the water you drink. Gratitude for the air you breathe every second. Gratitude for the house you live in, even if its a cardboard box. Gratitude for the people who give you a helping hand, both in support and in obsticles to grow from. Gratitude for the song of a bird, the clouds that bring rain, the sun that allows life to flourish on this green earth. Gratitude for the clothes you wear. Gratitude for the lifestyle you have. Somewhere on this green earth there are millions if not billions living in worse conditions who hold gratitude for the little things we take forgranted. Each step you take on the path of life is a gift, a moment to be present in the beuaty of all things, in the gratitude that YOU GET TO DO THIS. Be that gratitude, open your heart and let it sing "I appreciate all that the world gives me", let is sing loud. With love and gratitude always, Rowan.
As we prepare for Thanksgiving the name of the whole game is #GRATITUDE and #APPRECIATION for what we already have. Sounds simple but without these two emotions dominant in our lives we’ll never know true fulfillment. ✨ It’s these little MAGIC MOMENTS of connection and the ones we LOVE that remind us what the feeling of true wealth truly means. 🙌 Tag someone who fills your life up and let’s celebrate the magic of appreciating the miracle!

The holidays remind us of the power of stories — the traditions we share, the connections we build and the moments we hold on to, year after year. Like holiday traditions, the stories we tell shape our experiences and add meaning to our lives. So, we’re curious to know: what's your favorite holiday story or memory? We’d love to hear it in the comments!

Tony Robbins just gave us the roadmap towards the real meaning of "true fulfillment". 🌹😉 The concept that #truefulfillment happens when we #stopexpecting someone to be a certain way, and instead #startappreciating the small things in life, is rooted in #mindfulness and #acceptance. This perspective shift can bring about profound changes in our relationships, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. #TheProblemwithExpectations When we expect someone to behave or perform in a specific way, it creates an inherent sense of disappointment or frustration if they fail to meet those expectations. This can lead to feelings of resentment, anger, and dissatisfaction. We often tie our happiness and fulfillment to external factors like other people's behavior or outcomes. #ThePowerofAppreciation On the other hand, when we focus on appreciating the small things happening around us – whether it's a beautiful sunset, a good cup of coffee, or a kind word from a stranger – we begin to cultivate gratitude. #Gratitude shifts our attention from what's lacking or not meeting our expectations to what already exists. By appreciating the present moment and its simple joys, we: 1. Reduce stress: When we're not fixated on specific outcomes or behaviors from others, we experience less anxiety. 2. Increase positivity: Focusing on the good things around us amplifies our positive emotions. 3. Develop empathy: By letting go of expectations for others' behavior, we become more understanding and compassionate towards their imperfections. 4. Enhance relationships: When both parties appreciate each other without imposing unrealistic expectations, connections deepen and become more authentic. 5. Find inner peace: True fulfillment arises from within, when we learn to accept life as it unfolds. #PracticingAppreciation To integrate this mindset into your daily life: 1. Practice mindfulness: Regularly take time for self-reflection, and notice your thoughts about others' behavior. 2. Focus on gratitude: Write down three things you're thankful for each day before bed. 3. Embrace imperfection: Recognize that nobody is perfect; everyone makes mistakes. 4. Set realistic expectations: Understand that people will always surprise you; some positively while others negatively. 5. Cultivate self-awareness: Recognize how your own biases shape your perceptions. I am quite sure that if we focus on gratitude, instead of expectation, we will be closer to manifesting our dreams as soon as possible. May Allah guide and favor us always🙌🌹🎊
