#WorkshopTour Today let's visit SEVA die-casting workshop. It has die casting, deburring to smooth out rough edges, and shot blasting to clean the castings' surfaces. Diecasting is when a machine pushes aluminum into a mold to make parts. We have 8 machines that can make over 30,000 aluminum alloy parts each month. We use ADC12 material because it's strong, doesn't rust easily, and is easy to work with. The key points in die-casting are how full and dense the castings are. If not controlled well, it can cause holes or tiny cracks inside, which can make regular products not waterproof or break from shaking, and can cause explosion problems for explosion-proof products. During production, the quality department's process inspectors check the first piece and then check randomly every 2 hours, cutting to see if there are any problems inside. Defective sample whole batch to re-casting, we ensure no bad products are sold. #DieCastingProcess #ProductionInspection #AluminumAlloyParts #Lighting #SEVA#AluminumAlloyParts

👉Plastic mold fitting and assembly Plastic mold fitting and assembly is a highly technical process that includes the following main steps: 1.Part Preparation 2.Cleaning and Inspection 3.Installation of Pre-assembled Components 4.Assembly of Base Mold and Upper Mold 5.Installation of Core Pins and Ejector Mechanisms 6.Installation of Guide Pins and Plastic Mold Sub-assemblies 7.Adjustment of Mold Clearances 8.Inspection and Adjustment of Assembly Precision 9.Trial Molding and Mold Tuning 10.Quality Control During the assembly process, it is also necessary to consider various components of the mold, such as the molding components, gating system, guide components, ejection mechanism, temperature control system, venting system, and support components. The correct assembly and alignment of these parts are crucial to ensuring the mold operates properly and produces high-quality products. #plasticmold #moldfitting #moldassembly #moldmaking #CNCmachining #moldinsert #trialmolding #plasticparts #injectionmolding

How to choose a suitable #Slider for your #InjectionMold? 1. Part Size: Evaluate the size of the part you intend to produce. Sliders are typically best suited for smaller parts as they require the mold to open and close for the slider to function effectively. 2. Material Selection: Consider the material you plan to mold. Injection molding slides are not typically employed for softer materials, as they may lead to issues like sticking and uneven cooling. 3. #Production #Volume: Think about the production volume of your part. Sliders can experience wear and tear, especially during long production runs, and incur significant costs. For larger products, it may be prudent to maintain spare sliders to mitigate the impact of wear and tear on your production schedule. By considering these factors carefully, you can decide if an injection mold slider is suitable for your specific needs. #molddesign #engineering #moldmaking #moldmanufacturing #alpinemold Website: www.alpinemold.com Mail: sales03@alpinemold.com Whatsapp: +86 15927783200

It is also necessary to test whether the mold base can open and close smoothly before shipment.
