Lonza recently launched a new GS-CHO cell line called GS Effex®️, directly engineered from our industry-leading CHOK1SV GS-KO host cell line. GS Effex is a Fut8 knockout CHO cell line that can be used to generate afucosylated antibodies that have enhanced ADCC.
