Corporate success is not just driven by financials - it’s powered by the people at every level. Investing in leadership development for female talent can produce transformative results across your organisation. Here’s why developing women leaders isn’t just beneficial - it’s essential: 🔶 Companies with strong leadership programs are 1.5x more likely to be in the top quartile of financial performance (Bersin by Deloitte). 🔶 73% of employees say training and development influence their decision to stay—boosting retention and reducing costly turnover (Udemy). 🔶 Women bring a powerful ROI: companies with the highest percentage of women in top management see a 35% higher return on equity and a 34% higher total return to shareholders (Harvard Business Review). When you invest in your team, they’ll discover their way to lead, with the unshakeable confidence to think more strategically, be more decisive and take action to increase their productivity, all of which drive the business forward. If you're a progressive company who knows that when you take care of your people, they take care of your business, send us a message to learn more about how 3SIXTY Leaders Club can support your female leaders to thrive in leadership and life.

You're in the meeting, armed with insights that could change everything. Your heart races. You open your mouth to speak, but... Silence. The moment passes. Again. Later, you wonder, "Why couldn't I just say it?" It's not about competence. You know your stuff. It's not about preparation. You did the work. So what's really holding you back? It's the weight of all eyes on you. The fear of judgment, of standing out too much. There's a name for this. Visibility Anxiety. Many high-achieving women leaders face this invisible obstacle. It shows up as: -Hesitation to share ideas in meetings -Downplaying achievements -Avoiding high-profile projects -Feeling relief when attention shifts away from you But every time you shrink from visibility, you're: -Letting others define your narrative -Missing chances to showcase your expertise -Reinforcing the belief that you don't belong at the table Embracing visibility doesn't mean becoming someone you're not. It means letting your true brilliance shine. The table needs your voice. The company needs your ideas. Your visibility isn't just about you. It's about the impact you can make. P.S.Ready to accelerate your path to executive leadership? Enrollment for The Strategic You is open. This exclusive program equips women leaders to stand out and advance in senior leadership roles. DM or comment "Strategic" for more information. #AliciaEmpowering

Today on our Women's Leadership Group webinar, someone shakily and emotionally asked a question live: my position is being eliminated - what now and how do I find confidence again? The advice that this month's guest host, Natasha Engan (SVP of Global Sales @ Deltek with nearly 1000 direct reports) and I shared isn't the point of this post. The point is what I shared with the person after the webinar: That the demeanor she had when she asked her question will undoubtedly inspire others and give them courage. The idea that someone who was clearly having a tough time with the news was still brave enough to step up to the mic, to share this news in front of some 60+ attendees, and to ask for advice, was a moment many of us won't soon forget. And it goes back into one of the themes of our talk today - lean into the super powers that us as women have - empathy, vulnerability, ability to ask for help. So proud of this monthly event we do - it always leaves me feeling so damn positive for the info we share, the guests we bring on, and the cheering that this tribe of women does for each other. If you've never joined us, we do these monthly and would love to have you! They're free, never recorded, and always a safe space for sharing, learning, and supporting other bad ass women or those who identify as. Details here❤️💪 https://lnkd.in/e4zcd9Cy #samsales

I’m so excited to launch something very special for corporate woman leaders in the Omaha, NE metro 🤗 As an executive coach and trainer who works with corporate women leaders, there’s one thing I hear over and over again. “I feel lonely, who else can I connect with on a leadership level?” It’s not uncommon. As women rise to higher levels of leadership, they often find themselves as “lonely onlies” - one of the only women on their leadership team or in the senior most meeting rooms. They are craving to find other women they can connect with, learn from and grow with - those who uniquely understand the challenges and opportunities of the corporate environment. My friend and colleague Melissa Hurrington saw this, too. And we decided to do something about it, not only to help women grow but to help organizations build their pipeline of talented women leaders. We invite you to the first networking and learning experience for Omaha corporate women leaders, who have Director to Chief level titles and who desire to exchange in a supportive community, advance to higher levels of leadership and build their leadership legacy. They desire to leave a lasting impact in their organizations by bringing their unique voice to the table. This is not just awkward, unstructured networking—it's a strategic movement to equip women with the confidence and tools they need to lead impactful change so they can shape the future of their communities and organizations. We strive for a reality where every woman can harness her own core strengths, trust her presence in any room, and advance to the highest levels of leadership. The 90 minute agenda will be structured with learning and connection activities that even introverts will love! Our first session will be: 📅 Date: November 5, 2024 📍 Time & Place: 8-9:30am at Linkedin HQ in Omaha ↗️ Theme: Building community & connection to advance as a leader 🎟️ Tickets: You must be registered to attend this event (link in comments!). We are on a mission to create a robust pipeline of women leaders who come together to build, challenge, and empower one another. Will you join us? 🔥 Feel free to mention your colleagues in the comments who would love this opportunity!
