Soda is so unhealthy! It’s packed with sugar, artificial ingredients, and empty calories. Does it taste good? Sure. Is it addicting? Yes, they make it that way on purpose so you’ll keep buying and consuming more. I realize cutting soda out of the diet can be very challenging.
