As a new graduate, I entered a recession-hit economy with no career guidance, and all I heard was: "Keep applying, and the numbers will eventually work in your favor." But honestly, that wasn’t true for me. Instead, I chose to focus on quality over quantity, and it paid off. Here’s how I turned my job applications into offers: 🔹 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Instead of mass applying, I made sure each application was personalized to the role and company.
