The holidays are a time to reflect, give back, and make a difference—and we’re in the final stretch of supporting Firefly Children & Family Alliance’s Hope for the Holidays campaign. At Trustpointe, we’ve made it a tradition to fill our donation box with contributions from clients, neighbors, and friends to help families in need. Last year, this program brought joy to over 1,200 children, but there’s still work to do. 𝗔𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟱𝟳 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽: 1. Our impact report for the month of April is here! First things first - it’s not just about the numbers; it's about the lives we touch. Together, we've donated 1,119 items in April, reaching out to those in need and making a tangible difference in their lives. Every donation counts, and every act of giving creates a ripple effect of positivity. This month, we received 49 donations, each one a testament to the compassion and empathy of our supporters. Though slightly fewer than March's 65 donations, the impact remains just as profound. Our efforts have directly benefitted 533 residents, providing them with essentials and necessities they may have otherwise gone without. Looking forward, we see 283 open needs as of May 6, a significant increase from the 77 in March. But with each need comes an opportunity for us to make a difference, to extend a helping hand, and to spread hope and kindness. None of this would be possible without YOU - our amazing community of donors, volunteers, and supporters. Your dedication, generosity, and passion drive our mission forward, and for that, we are endlessly grateful. Let's continue to stand together, to lift each other up, and to make a positive impact in the world. Together, we are changing lives, one donation at a time. #CommunityImpact #GiveBack #SpreadKindness #TogetherWeCan #MakeADifference

By supporting SADD Nation this holiday season, you can play a vital role in helping to impact hundreds of thousands of youth across the country. There is a tremendous need to elevate youth voices on issues affecting them. They have been yelling from the top of the mountains on: ◾ Traffic & Mobility Safety (i.e., addressing #distracteddriving, access to #drivereducation, and advocating for various automobile technology advances) ◾ Health & Mental Health (i.e., increasing #suicideawareness, access to #mentalhealth resources, and the pressures of school, work, extracurricular activities, and home) ◾ Substance Use Prevention (i.e., effects of tobacco & marijuana, addressing the #opioid epidemic, and the relation between mental health and drug use) #SADD is a part of that solution. We give youth more than a voice. We give them a platform to impact themselves and their peers. Through your support, you become part of #SADDNation, a team that will positively educate and inform youth across the country, ultimately helping to #savelives. Join us. www.sadd.org/donate

Younger generations don’t care about tax breaks because of donations. If you want to attract donors who are millennials or younger, explaining tax benefits is a huge turn off. They don’t care about what they are going to get back; they care about the impact their donation will create. Rethink your communication if you are still using that messaging to younger generations.

Why do we do what we do? Imagine - for most wanting to play sports, be active, invest in their physical health- you go to the store and purchase a bike, a bat, a glove, a basketball, tennis racket, shoes or whatever you need and you get out on that court, field, track, or go to the gym and enjoy what you love doing. For others it’s not that easy. It requires adaptive equipment that unfortunately costs THOUSANDS and can’t be picked up at your local department store and inclusive fitness opportunities that are designed for those who face challenges or obstacles to promote achieving their goals. No child or person deserves to sit on the sidelines simply because they don’t have the means to participate. The work of the IM ABLE Foundation is vital to help adaptive individuals not only physically, but truly impacts them mentally, emotionally and socially when given the opportunity to participate, to succeed, and to achieve their goals. EVERY person or business who invests in our work recognizes the value and worth of those who just need a little help. The reward- the tears of joy, the endless smiles, the contagious laughter and the confidence boost every adaptive individual shares as those barriers are broken. Together we change lives 🫶 If you want to know more about IM ABLE, please reach out.
As the seasons change, so do the possibilities for children in our community. With your generous donations, we are able to provide life-changing equipment grants and program opportunities that empower kids to experience the joy of movement and play. $5,000 helps us provide a specialized bike for a child, giving them the freedom to join in the fun, ride alongside friends, and create lasting memories with family — all things we often take for granted but can make an incredible difference for kids with physical challenges. Every dollar you contribute goes directly toward purchasing equipment that allows kids to live their best lives, breaking down barriers and opening up a world of possibilities! Together, we can help make this fall season unforgettable for a child in need. Change lives with your donation today: https://lnkd.in/eCPiBCpz #FallAppeal #GiveBack #IMABLE #BreakingBarriers #InclusionForAll #EquipmentGrants #MakingADifference #DonateToday
