For example, we are refining the design of lobby areas to create welcoming, functional spaces for residents and visitors. - Creating set-up and service charge budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness for our residents by finalising expenditure budgets to maintain financial control. - Recruiting and assembling the necessary teams and Residential General Manager to ultimately deliver exceptional service to our future residents and ensure efficient operations. - Developing security and access management plans to provide a safe and secure environment for all residents. If it is true that our quality of life is profoundly influenced by the environment in which we live then it is certain that those living in Quartier FÜRstenried West in Munich(Germany) over the next few years will experience a profound improvement: surrounded by green areas and an excellent network of services, the district will soon be the focus of a major restyling according to a model that is particularly attentive in responding to the needs of everyday living and environmental sustainability. Energy-efficient renovation and the use of renewable energy sources will be an essential element of the district's development, which in addition to the expansion of eleven existing structures also includes the construction of twelve new buildings: where possible, wood will be used for both types of interventions. We are handling the technical design, prefabrication and assembly of the prefabricated facade elements with a total area of 5,295 m² for the 18-story residential building "Fürstenried West FT-2." ... and if it is true that a picture tells more than a thousand words, the one below should give you an idea of what we mean at LignoAlp when we talk about prefabrication: infinitely accurate design and realisation of every single construction detail.
