𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 _Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business._ Acts 6:3 Red Auerbach, long-time president of the Boston Celtics, said, “How you select people is more important than how you manage them once they’re on the job. If you start with the right people, you won’t have problems later on.” You have to begin with the right raw materials to create a winning team. I want the people close to me to . . . _Know my heart: This takes time for both of us and desires on their part. _Be loyal to me: They are an extension of me and my work. _Be trustworthy: They must not abuse authority, power, or confidence. _Be discerning: They make decisions for me. _Have a servant’s heart: They carry a heavy load because of my high demands. _Be a good thinker: Our two heads are better than my one. _Be able to follow through: They take authority and carry out the vision. _Have a great heart for God: My heart for God is my driving force in life. _Developing the Leaders Around You_ _When starting a team, how can you ensure it is made of the right members? #copied

LinkedIn is a community of professionals. Why do I persist with my ingnorant race politics?! You're all working incredibly hard, doing important work. It truly is important for you & your family & your community. But for capitalism you're only useful. For now. Whatever Karl Marx was on about, he didn't anticipate A.I. & automation. He thought humans will always be needed by those who truly own the world. Capitalism only grows more brazen as time marches on & cash/equity graduates from king to God. Most of you are working on borrowed time. Many of your jobs already belong to A.I & robotics/automation. The only thing standing between you & being blacks, is POLITICS. But, when A.I automation is fully matured, & I bet it's closer than they'll ever tell you, when that day comes they'll dispense of politics altogether. Even soldiers, today, are employment pacifiers. Drone tech is far more efficient. But politics... I'm no doomsday prophet. Just let the notion sink in. What good are you, when there's something better than you at what you're doing? Would you retain yourslf, if you called the shots, & tech delivers a superior product for your clients & unimaginable profits for your shareholders? With Africans being the appendix of humanity as a body, function unknown, no one in the world will bat an eyelid when the surgical precision of A.I. warfare is demonstrated. The rest of the world have their own to protect. Only Blacks lament in song, "senzeni na, senze__ni na?" (what have we done, what ha__very we done?" The "wealthiest" continent in the world, with the poorest people in the world, dominated by the poorest continent in the world, with the richest people in the world. T.I.A baby, This.Is.Africa! Africans may not believe Cheik Anta Diop when he says Africans enslaved the Jewish people in Ancient Egypt. The Jewish people who matter have never forgotten. And you want to sing, "Senzeni na?" Knowledge is power & only the truth can set you free. When the Arabs were starving & we had the most fertile continent, they had to war & conquer for Saharan-Africa. When the Europeans were starving, they had to war & conquer to feed their own. Blacks think they can sing, dance, entertain, lament & beg, & the world will let you suckle on its udders? Sheep to the slaughter. Don't let Blue-Monday bleed into your Tuesday. The truth is necessary medicine. Reckon with it in your own time. But time is not on your side. Equity of Africa must vest in every African if we are to unite, resist our enemies, & restore our civilisation. ngoBuntu Edward

EMOTIONAL REGULATION. If you lead a team and these two words don't interest you, then this post is for you. In any situation where a relationship is required to achieve an outcome (ie. at work), there is bound to be conflict. And where there is conflict, there are emotions. And where there are emotions, there needs to be emotional regulation. There are five key areas where self-understanding (resulting in emotional regulation) can help you eliminate, reduce and repair conflict at work (and in life). They are your: 1. Character Strengths 2. Values 3. Attachment Style 4. Love Language 5. Recharge Buttons I believe emotional regulation is one of the most critical skills a great leader can have. I've created a guide to help you learn these five things about yourself and show you ways to use them to better your leadership. You can get it here: https://lnkd.in/gFVzRimn Go forth and lead with a more calm, healthy nervous system!
Become a leader that people want to work for.

You are happy when you speak your mind You are unhappy when you don't Organisations and individuals suffer unnecessarily because they do not understand this basic truth The nature of truth is basic And all problems are solvable when we open our minds & we open our minds when we speak them The organisations who gag their people or who allow some to speak but not others automatically display their bias and their prejudice. These organisations cannot be successful and will not grow because they have failed their first eat it leadership and that is FREE SPEECH. If you take some one's tongue - the tongue connects directly to the heart - someone will take yours. Ours is a very broad minded universe - you can do whatever you want - but you cannot do one thing - and that is take someone's voice Voice us vibration. It's sacred. It's free and will be caged.

The Difference in a Boss and a Leader A boss is concerned about himself, and a leader is more concerned about his followers. A good leader will set goals and know how to achieve them. A boss will let you do the work and take credit. When you have a job, be loyal and committed. The rewards for being faithful will pay off. You are known not by what you say but by what you do. Competition is common among workers. A boss will love the winners. A leader will teach each worker the value of accomplishment. "Winners never cheat and Cheaters never win." Do your best to be a good follower and become a good leader. thunder the baptist putting the Lord's business in the street
