These days, I have the pleasure to attend on behalf of IDONIAL Centro Tecnológico to the international galvanizing conference Intergalva 2024, held in Bruges, Belgium. This is an event where the world's main batch galvanising companies, alloy suppliers, industrial equipment, additives, fluxes, ... meet all together for interesting discussion on their business. From the ‘eyes’ of those who we are working on Innovation and R&D projects, it is really curious to see how each different industrial sector sees and understands with a completely different perspective the challenge of decarbonisation, the concept of circular economy, the global situation of steel and other elements such as, in this case, Zinc.
