🚀 Cracking the LinkedIn Algorithm in 2024: What You Need to Know If you’re like most professionals on LinkedIn, you’ve probably noticed some changes in how content shows up in your feed. That’s because LinkedIn is now focusing more on quality over virality. 🎯 Here’s what you need to know to make sure your posts are reaching the right people: 🔑 1. Personal Connections Matter LinkedIn is prioritizing your first-degree network—the people you’ve worked with, engaged with, or who share similar skills and interests. So, nurture those connections by regularly interacting with their content! 🔑 2. Interest Relevance Are your posts aligned with the topics your audience cares about? LinkedIn’s algorithm uses an “interest graph” to decide whether your content is relevant. The more aligned your posts are with your audience’s interests, the better. 🔑 3. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) No more superficial content! LinkedIn is now rewarding posts that highlight deep knowledge and professional expertise. Want to get noticed? Share insights, case studies, or industry trends that position you as a thought leader in your field. 🔑 4. Engagement Probability LinkedIn’s algorithm uses machine learning to predict how likely users are to engage with your post. The faster people interact (comments, shares, likes), the more likely LinkedIn will boost it to the top of their feed. Pro tip: Engage back within the first hour to keep the momentum going! ⚡ 💬 5. Meaningful Comments > Simple Likes Quick responses like “Congrats!” won’t do much for your visibility. LinkedIn wants to see thoughtful comments that drive real conversations. So, ask questions or spark debates that encourage your network to weigh in with more than just a one-word reply. 👀 Bottom line: LinkedIn is all about creating meaningful interactions and showcasing expertise. If your content checks those boxes, you’re on your way to better reach an engagement in 2024. 🚀 #Linkedin #writer #LinkedinAlgorithm

Every founder I’ve met is unable to achieve their LinkedIn goal has 1 problem: Time Constraint. 1. Not sure how to manage your time on LinkedIn? Follow a fixed schedule and do it consistently everyday. 2. Not sure how to create content within a short span of time? Hire someone to do it for you. 3. Not sure if you have the time to use AI (a lot of them still use it)? One of my clients has a train bot for his business but he still couldn’t create content as he is that busy and mentioned a founder can't do everything on their own. Posting consistently on LinkedIn is literally just following the strategy and manging the time. How do you do that? 1. Spend 2-3 hours a week to batch create your content 2. Spend 20 mins engaging with your audience 3. Send 25 connection requests everyday 4. Start 25 conversations in the DMs with your Target audience Repeat this everyday

🔍 Have you noticed a curious trend on LinkedIn? It seems that posts with business content often receive fewer views compared to those that are more personal or off-topic. I've observed this pattern in my own experience, where business-focused updates don't garner as much attention as non-business ones. 🤔 This observation raises an interesting question about the nature of LinkedIn's algorithm. One might assume that a platform designed for professional networking would prioritize business-related content. Yet, it appears that the engagement metrics might favor a different kind of content. 💬 What has been your experience? Do you see a similar trend with your posts? Share your thoughts and let's discuss what drives visibility on LinkedIn! #LinkedInAlgorithm #ProfessionalNetworking #ContentEngagement

⚡Here’s a quick tip if you're looking to boost your visibility and engagement on LinkedIn: If you're sharing someone else’s content, a simple “repost” often performs better than a “repost with your thoughts.” and here’s why: 1) Algorithm boost: When you repost without added comments, LinkedIn recognises it as organic content and often prioritises it higher than a version with added commentary. 2) Reach and engagement: Keeping it simple helps your network focus on the original message, which increases the chances for likes, shares, and comments. This approach increases the post's reach. 3) Content flow: By avoiding extra commentary, you’re not creating a competing post that could be considered redundant. The algorithm might favour your repost, helping it reach more people. 4) Supporting the original author: Direct reposts keep attention on the original post and its author, which is key if your goal is to show support and boost their message. Keeping it simple with a repost respects the author’s content and plays to the platform’s strengths, leading to greater visibility and engagement. Give it a try and see how you get on. ⚡ #ThisisLADM

90% of your LinkedIn posts fail. Why? You don't ask the right questions before writing them. Asking yourself the right questions can help you create content that resonates with your audience. Here are a few questions you should ask yourself before writing your LinkedIn posts: 1) Who is my target audience? 2) What do they care about? 3) What problems are they facing? 4) Does my post provide value, solve a problem, or spark a conversation? 5) Is my message clear and concise? 6) Have I included a clear CTA to boost engagement? Asking these questions will help you create content that is truly valuable for your audience. ❌ Don't just post for the sake of posting. ✅ Take the time to understand your audience and create content that speaks to them.
