I was opportune to attend the first session of Human Resource Immersion Program (HRIP) Cohort 7 hosted by Coach Enife Atobiloye yesterday.
Enife Atobiloye mentioned something which resonates with me. She said her signature is "Everyone has something to give". The first thing that came to my mind was "relevance".
"Everyone has something to give" speaks to the inherent value and potential contributions of every individual, regardless of their background, experience, or circumstances. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing and harnessing the unique skills, perspectives, and talents that each person possesses.
Relevance is the currency of our rapidly changing world. It's the ability to remain pertinent, significant, and up-to-date in the face of evolving trends, technologies, and demands.
Staying relevant requires continuous learning, adaptation, and innovation. Whether in personal pursuits or professional endeavors, relevance is key to staying connected, engaged, and impactful.
In essence, connecting "everyone has something to give" with relevance highlights the power of inclusivity and collaboration in staying current, responsive, and impactful in an ever-changing world. It suggests that relevance isn't just about individual adaptation but also about harnessing the collective wisdom and potential of all members of society.
PS: Do you have something to give?
PPS: What are you doing in order to stay relevant?
