Majority of us will ask our clients to provide us with a review or testimonial. But when was the last time you left a review? ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Plenty of us will have positive experiences but forget to leave a review. Whether it be for a restaurant, contractor or shopping. It's so important that these times are recognised to enable the company to know what is going right and celebrate those wins. Many will be very hot to leave a negative review, so it's vital that this is balanced (where warranted) with spreading some positivity. Try to take 2 minutes now to leave a positive review for someone/place. If you can, try to recognise a staff member that stood out to you. I know that our team really appreciates it when they get a personal mention 😄
How true. To be honest I’d never thought of it that way
If it’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ or ⭐️ I regularly leave Trip advisor review. Don’t really for other services. Great question Luke, I will going forward 👍
I agree, over the years I've tried my best to leave helpful reviews that WOW the business owner! This was the reply from a business i bought a new mattress from!
Very true!
Nice!

2moGreat point, Luke. Encouraging positive reviews can certainly help balance out the narrative. However, taking it a step further by asking for feedback, rather than just reviews, can provide even more value. Feedback invites clients to share constructive insights—whether it’s about a standout team member or suggestions for improvement. This proactive approach not only enhances customer experience but can also reveal trends that direct business improvements. By connecting feedback loops directly with review platforms, businesses can naturally generate more positive online testimonials and reviews. Plus, it creates an environment where clients feel truly heard, which fosters loyalty and trust in the brand.
