🍒 Dive into the World of Cherry Fragrances with ChromEssence's Latest Episode of "What's Inside #5" 🍒 In this episode, we'll delve into the secrets of fragrances infused with cherry notes. These perfumes offer an olfactory experience that is both fruity and sweet, adding a touch of vivacity and sensuality to the composition. Whether black or red, cherries are often utilized in perfumery for their characteristic aroma, which evokes both innocence and temptation. Our spotlight in this episode falls on the latest cherry sensation to hit the market: Black Opium Over Red. How do we capture the essence of this juicy and unique cherry using only 5 ingredients? First and foremost, the star note: essence of bitter Almond. Comprising over 70% benzaldehyde, this essence grants us a powerful olfactory note, with a sharp, almost solvent-like ascent, reminiscent of almonds or cherry pits. Adding to this is beta-ionone, which wraps this linear note with soft floral and slightly woody facets. To achieve this, we'll use 10 times more beta-ionone than essence of bitter almond. A touch of Cassis Base Firmenich will be incorporated to introduce a juicy and slightly acidic note, blending harmoniously with the floral accents of beta-ionone. Lastly, a hint of Maltol and Tonka bean absolute will bring the sweet, almost caramelized gourmand note, balancing out the acidity of cassis and significantly enhancing the longevity of the final note. This time, we'll use 5 times less Maltol and tonka bean than bitter almond to achieve this effect. ✨🍒 The question remains: Will you succumb to temptation? 🍒✨ #ChromEssence #WhatsInside #FragranceExploration #PerfumeJourney #BackOpium

🍫CACAO TREND🍫 ⭐️This year’s new launches at Pitti Fragranze were predominantly different takes on the super-addictive note of Cacao! ☕️The aroma of cacao in fragrances is deep, rich, and earthy, often evoking a raw, bitter-sweet scent with warm, gourmand nuances. It can vary from dark chocolate-like tones to powdery, sweet, and even slightly fruity or spicy undertones, depending on how the raw material is processed and how the perfumer uses it. 🍪To no surprise, Cacao is often employed in true and non-true Gourmand fragrances, to add depth and complexity. Its rich and comforting scent evokes indulgence, warmth, and sensuality, making it popular in cold weather perfumes or evening fragrances. Many people associate the scent of cacao or chocolate with positive, nostalgic experiences, whether it's from childhood memories or a comforting indulgence. 🔝Now, as the Gourmand olfactive family continues to thrive, cacao is expected to remain a staple ingredient, particularly in fragrances that aim to evoke indulgence and luxury. Consumers still crave the comforting, sensual notes that cacao offers, especially in colder climates or during the winter season. Ultimately, its unisex appeal and versatility makes it a timeless note. #trends #cacao #perfumery
