🚀🚀 2024 has been a ride: saying goodbye to the incredible year at lunara As we conclude 2024 and step into the new year 2025, it is time to give thought to the journey of Lunara Culture and how we have embraced the art of remote working with a small and passionate team. Our journey was innovative, versatile and mainly it was the power of collaborative team work. 1️⃣ The power of small team → As a company that continues to increase creativity through strong team work, our remote culture is the actual key to navigate the dynamic world of work. 2️⃣ Communication: the heart of our remote culture → Our strong communication is the backbone of our remote culture. We use tools like Slack, Zoom meetings, Notion, Clickup, and Figma these all tools kept us connected but what really matters is honesty and intentionality behind our conversations. 3️⃣ Flexibility & Trust → Trust is the core of everything we do at Lunara. Our team is empowered to manage their own schedules, which allows for a healthy work life balanced. 4️⃣ Innovation through remote tools → Working remotely does not mean working in isolation it means using and learning the advanced tools to stay connected and productive. 5️⃣ Personal connection beyond work. → Virtually we value for each employee, virtual happy hours, and occasional in-person retreats when possible have kept our team spirit alive and strong.
