Our Estate team, led by CEO Simon Miller, has been working tirelessly throughout the year to keep Loch Lomond and the surrounding areas pristine. Dedicated to preserving the beauty of Luss and the surrounding areas, the team are very active in litter picks. Over the course of 2024, they have collected an astonishing 323 bags of waste. Among the discarded items were larger abandoned materials such as tents, chairs, clothing, and even tires — a reminder of the impact of tourism and neglect on the environment. We are incredibly grateful to our Estate team for their hard work and commitment to maintaining the natural beauty of Loch Lomond. Their efforts make a significant difference in ensuring this iconic location remains a treasure for visitors and locals alike.

Here I am at Montenvers Mer de Glace in Chamonix, France. The glacier, the peaks, the sheer scale of it all—it was breathtaking! Funny enough, locals used to avoid this area because of its height, but now it’s a huge draw for visitors. Ever since two English explorers, William Windham and Richard Pocock, first discovered Mer de Glace (“Sea of Ice”) in 1741, it's become one of the world’s most visited natural sites. And when the Montenvers Train opened in 1908, it made this once-hidden gem accessible to the masses. It got me thinking... investing in multifamily properties is a lot like these mountains. You build over time, layer by layer, and eventually, you create something solid that stands the test of time. We see potential and turn it into something remarkable. You may not be climbing the mountain every day, but your investments are working hard for you, just like this glacier has been shaping the landscape for centuries. So, are you ready to make that solid investment move that lasts? ❄ Visit yesmfnow.com for more info. #PassiveIncome #MultifamilyInvesting #ConsistencyIsKey #BuildingLegacy

In collaboration with The Green Earth, we are excited to announce the launch of the ‘Case Study for Handcrafted Practical Works of Hong Kong Hiking Trails’, unveiled at the recent Hong Kong Trails Day 2024. This booklet documents successful trail restoration cases and provides valuable insights for future handcrafted trail maintenance. Hong Kong boasts an extensive network of over 500km of hiking trails that connects us to its breathtaking country parks. However, these trails face challenges such as soil erosion, trail braiding and vegetation retreat, exacerbated by increased foot traffic and extreme weather conditions. Handcrafted techniques offer eco-friendly solutions to rehabilitate damaged trails and enhance hiker safety. We partnered with trail maintenance experts to develop this case study, combining our expertise with nature-based approaches. Through engaging with the community and sharing our knowledge, we aim to create sustainable, safe trails that conserve our landscapes and ensure public access for all. Is this the best new selfie spot in town? Last Tuesday marked a significant milestone for the Tauranga Waterfront as we celebrated the official opening of Beacon Wharf on Dive Crescent, along the harbour’s edge. This project is a testament to our city's commitment to progress, signalling the first project in the city centre waterfront transformation, which has opened to the community. Here’s three reasons Tauranga’s newly upgraded Beacon Wharf is a game-changer for the city centre. 🟡 Waterfront Access: Beacon Wharf provides enhanced access to our stunning waterfront, offering residents and visitors alike a picturesque space to enjoy recreational activities and relax. It now features a new gangway, pontoon, and improved landscaping with a viewing platform, along with a refurbished seawall. The new pontoon will provide easier access to the inner harbour for recreational boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and a great place to enjoy fishing. 🟡 Economic Growth: The redeveloped Beacon Wharf is a part of a wider Waterfront project that will enhance the experience our community and visitors will have in the city centre. By attracting both tourists and the local community, this project is poised to help invigorate the local economy and create opportunities for the long-term. 🟡 Pioneering City Transformation: As another project to be completed in our city centre transformation, Beacon Wharf provides ready access to the harbour for visitors heading into the city centre. The upgraded Dive Crescent car park now offers more than 150 car parks for the community, making it easier for people to visit the city centre and it's situated right across the road from Beacon Wharf. Come down to the waterfront to enjoy Beacon Wharf and experience Te Awanui Tauranga Harbour from this redeveloped space. Bring your fishing rod and picnic, launch your kayak from the pontoon, and take your best selfie. Together, we are shaping a brighter future for Tauranga. #BeaconWharf #CityCentreTransformation #CommunityDevelopment
