Ever wondered how we test our motion capture setups? At Lux Machina Consulting, we don’t just tweak settings—we DANCE! This little BTS video not only showcases our sick moves, but also puts the volume’s mocap capabilities to the ultimate test. Dominique Moxie, Marvi Sanchez, and I cooked up a quick routine and roped in Vicon's own Mitchell Whitmore and NYU Tisch Martin Scorsese Virtual Production Center's Grant Ng to suit up and bust some moves, while our dance-tracking-mom Olivia Farrar kept us in check. With our 40-camera Vicon system tracking down to submillimeter accuracy, performance capture met performance art. 👩🎨 Because if you’re not having fun while stress-testing, are you even doing it right?!
