✅️I got my Gucci on, I got my Louis Vuitton. Wonderful to hear isn't it? In the world of fashion, signature styles are the hallmarks that distinguish one brand from another. Let's delve into how some iconic brands have crafted their unique imprints: 🎯Zara: Price is something which always comes to our mind when we hear ‘Zara’. Zara is renowned for its ability to swiftly translate high-fashion trends into accessible, ready-to-wear collections.Their signature lies in providing contemporary, stylish pieces. 🎯Louis Vuitton: LV’s designs are more than fashion items; they are symbols of status, heritage, and impeccable taste. 🎯Gucci: Bold and Eclectic Gucci’s signature style is defined by its bold patterns, vibrant colors, and maximalist approach. Embracing an eclectic mix of influences, Gucci celebrates individuality and creative expression, making every piece a statement. 🎯Chanel: Chanel’s style epitomizes timeless elegance. With staples like the little black dress and the quilted handbag, Chanel’s designs are characterized by classic silhouettes and a refined monochromatic palette. What else should I add? Armani, Ralph Lauren, H&M, Madame and Calvin klein 🎯So many brands never let their prices go down, the reason is the way their fabrics are designed. 🎯We generally ignore this, saying it’s not a good fit and that we can get a dupe instead. But we know dupes don’t provide the same impression. It's important to create your VALUE in the market. Your hard work and values speak a lot about you. ✨️Don't forget to connect with @pushti to get latest update on fashion Trends✨️ #FashionTrends #StyleInspiration #DesignerBrands #LuxuryFashion #FashionUpdate #PushtiGoyal

Christian Dior’s vision was revolutionary. His debut “New Look” in 1947 redefined femininity, blending grace and strength, and set the standard for haute couture. But what makes truly remarkable is its ability to evolve whilst preserving its legacy—a hallmark of luxury branding done right. Each Christian Dior Couture creative director, from Yves Saint Laurent to Maria Grazia Chiuri, has upheld the brand’s core elements, such as its nature-inspired motifs and iconic star symbolism. 💐The “feminine flowers” like roses and lilies of the valley have consistently appeared in collections, celebrating timeless elegance. ⭐️The star—a lucky charm for Dior himself—remains a subtle yet powerful brand symbol, bridging tradition with modernity. Luxury brands can learn from Dior’s approach: honor your origins while embracing the future. Consistent #storytelling, iconic brand elements, and exceptional #craftsmanship are essential to building not just a brand, but a legacy. #luxurybranding Full video: https://lnkd.in/d-PyQgBn 👉Follow my hashtag hashtag #fashionbrief for fashion insights & analysis!

Late Wednesday, BoF broke the news that Virginie Viard had exited CHANEL. A force for continuity who carried on Karl Lagerfeld’s legacy after his 2019 death, while bringing a lighter, more youthful touch to Chanel’s runway collections, Viard sat atop a storied fashion empire. The second-biggest luxury brand with revenues of nearly $20 billion last year, Chanel stages six fashion shows per year across ready-to-wear, haute couture and its annual “Métiers d’Art” craftsmanship showcase, not to mention its near-unparalleled brand prestige. While some fashion fans bristled at Viard’s increased focus on ultra-wearable silhouettes, her more approachable, contemporary take on flagship products like tweed jackets helped to fuel surging sales as the Covid-19 pandemic pushed luxury consumers toward blue-chip brands. During her tenure, sales of ready-to-wear increased by a factor of 2.5, Chanel recently reported. That’s to say, her successor will have big shoes to fill. At the same time, Chanel is currently in such a strong position that the house won’t need to rush Viard’s succession. The brand grew by 16 percent in 2023, outpacing key rivals, and has such clear codes and sufficient clout with consumers to weather a season or two without a creative director. (Chanel will rely on its studio team to designer its June couture outing). Read the full story by Robert Williams https://bit.ly/3RhsQwc #CHANEL #VirginieViard

Catalogues in Luxury Fashion: #Dior x #StoneIsland Near-Perfect Edition It seems to be Christian Dior Couture time on my page😅 Anyway, it’s been a while I got the latest catalogue with upcoming capsule from Dior x Stone Island, and definitely need to write about it. As 📌I wrote both on this collaboration as an example of #CrossPromotion and potential of catalogues in #LuxuryFashion which I believe is not fully utilized (see the article here: https://lnkd.in/dmEVtkUZ), 📌and because my platform 2jour-stylist.com slightly incorporates the concept of cataloging, I would like to share my thoughts on this catalogue. Unlike the usual catalogues Dior makes (as mentioned in the article above), this one is close to perfection. Could it be even more perfect? Well, I am a gap spotter and idea generator, so…😂 Anyway, let’s focus on perfect. This catalogue is good, and here is why: #marketing #customerengagement #loyalty #fashion Moncler #moncler LVMH #lvmh #2JourCatalogue

𝑫𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑽𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒓𝒆, 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒓𝒊 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅 : 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒃𝒂𝒅 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒔 ? 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍... We may not see her "iconic" face and platinum blond hair at the end of the italian brand fashion shows. Rumors say Donatella's contract as artistic director expires in February 2025, and that she mays retire. There are some reasons it could actually be a good thing. First of all, we may wonder about Donatella's actual involvment regarding designing #Versace collections. When Gianni died, she designed all brand's lines... which, to be fair, was too high of a mountain to climb for her. In late 2000's, brand is close from bankruptcy. Her signature blue, pink and yellow silky outfits did not convince customers. As a new board arrive, Summer 2010 #collection shows a new face... and a new team (lead by a dark silhouette called Louisa that you can see in documentary "The Day Before" from Loïc Prigent) which took over collections design, very secretly. Customers come back : bold italian luxury was back on Versace's Ready to wear runway with amazing leather and oroton pieces, sharp tailoring and embroidered patterns bring the light back. Did the brand need Donatella at this period ? Well... In 2018, Donatella (25% of the brand's capital) and her daughter Allegra (50% of the brand's capital) sold their company to Capri aka Michael Kors, and it's been a nightmare for the brand's style signature and craftsmanship heritage. Turning niche brands into mega brands doesn't work. Versace is super iconic : it has (had ?) a strong and unique vision of style and craftsmanship that was complex to make. Luxury, indeed. Drapés were made straight on the stockman, these incredible fabrics including the Oroton metal mesh Gianni Versace developed with a german company in the 80's were impossible to shape, these medusa details and embroideries were expensive to produce. This was Versace : unapologetic luxury. But now, although we're in a completely different #fashion Era, we've lost what made Versace so unique. Clothes had to be cheaper to produce, to make and sell much more of them, with higher profits as the ultimate target. Versace need a couturier to bring some fresh air. The House needs someone who can actually make clothes, not manage a team of people working on computers. The brand needs to go back to its unique and uncompromising style vision. When customers are lost, looking at what other brands sell to make the same is a mistake. #Luxury brands are powerful when they impose themselves through bold style and vision. Let people know what you stand for as a luxury brand, so that you become a point of reference in uncertain times. I'm conviced Gianni Versace built foundation of one the most iconic brand of the History. I do hope someone will make sure the brand will take this new challenge. Gucci Pre-Fall 2025: I never thought I would say this, but Gucci Pre-Fall 2025 looks fresh and interesting. The house codes are all there—logomania, “Flora” prints, and “Jackie” bags—along with excellent work with color and even good styling. I noticed fewer controversial silhouettes, replaced by competent tailoring and well-executed outerwear. Perhaps the designer(s) took inspiration from Vogue Turkey,( black-and-white image, likely YSL) featured below on the right? Ferragamo Pre-Fall 2025: How did we go from slightly deconstructed and monochromatic (Spring 2025) to this? Please see the images below (two bottom pictures on the left).
