I am extremely excited to share that our LLUMC-Murrieta team has earned our FIRST EVER nationally recognized #LeapFrogGroup "A" safety rating!!!!!!! I joined the LLUMC-Murrieta team about 3 years ago. When I got here, I found some of the most passionate, capable, and energetic leaders & team members I have ever worked with. In the past, our Murrieta hospital has mostly held a "B" rating. But something about this accomplishment really feels personal. As a Hospital Admin. team, under the leadership of our Administrator Jonathan Jean-Marie, FACHE, we work really hard to guide / focus the greatness of our teams under some of the most challenging industry conditions. Through it all, we continue to push forward with our mission in mind and a compass of faith in our hearts--never forgetting to learn and grow along the way. That said, here are the 3 F's that helped us get to our first ever "A": FOCUS your vision, strategies, and tactics on the critical tasks that have the greatest potential to lead to the accomplishment and sustainability of your goal. FRUSTRATION will come, but it is not an indication that you're going the wrong direction. Often times the road to your goal is filled with minor and major struggles, but don't let that distract you. FOLLOW-UP with the people who are leading and doing the work on the front lines. From their vantage point, its not always easy to see the direction they are heading unless you adjust their deviations and celebrate their wins. This grade belongs to every patient, leader, physician, nursing, clinical, ancillary, and support staff member working within our campus--along with every #LLUH system team member & leader that helped carry the load. You all have always been AMAZING, now we have the grade to prove it!
