I was doing some research around how companies hire and the current process for hiring today and learned that what most every company does to hire new employees has been around since Thomas Edison created an original version of the hiring process in the 1920's! I couldn't believe it. Literally everything in our lives has been updated by innovation, technology & ingenuity. Yet we still use a 1920's process to market, attract, screen, interview and select resources. Given today's climate with an influx of qualified candidates competing for fewer job opportunities, how would you change the process and update it to 2024 standards?
