Last week, I watched Inside Out 2, and it left me with some profound reflections on emotions and growth. The movie beautifully captures the importance of understanding and embracing all our feelings—not just the positive ones. A few key learnings I took away: All emotions have a purpose: Just like in life, every emotion serves a role in shaping our experiences. Whether it's joy, sadness, or even fear, they all guide us in different ways. Growth happens in discomfort: Often, it's through tough moments that we discover new strengths and perspectives. We shouldn’t shy away from these challenges. Balance is key: Just as our emotions need balance, so do our lives.
