It’s not about having the ‘perfect’ relationship. Because perfection doesn’t exist in real love. But finding someone who chooses to be there, even when life gets hard and the path isn’t clear. Loving someone who loves you back in a way that’s patient, honest, and true. Listening, talking, & keeping communication open. Someone who chooses to stand beside you, even through the messy, complicated, and sometimes challenging parts- facing them together with respect & care. Real love doesn’t ask you to tolerate pain or accept things that break you. But it knows that while neither of you are perfect, you’re both willing to grow & show up for each other, even on the toughest days. It’s not about perfection; it’s two people who choose each other, every single day, and commit to building something beautiful, something real. #healthyrelationships #datingdifferently #dating #lyonselitematchmaking

You can be a lover girl with REQUIREMENTS ↓ When you respect & love yourself, you require the people in your life to respect and love you. When you cherish honesty & integrity, you require the person you share a bed with to embody these values too. When you recognise what you bring to the table, you require people in your orbit who value what you bring to the table. This is the art of marrying the heart & the head in relationships. This balance is born from strong self esteem & empowered beliefs about yourself and love. If you know you are valuable, you will not allow experiences and relationships that devalue you. If you only lead from the heart, you end up in unsustainable relationships that aren’t compatible, harmonious or healthy. If you only lead from the head, you lose the lustre. You play it safe. You live through logic and bury #love. Beautiful #relationships that get better and better are the result of leading with our hearts and our heads. Being generous, with discernment. Being loving, with requirements. 💓

I've come to realize that I'm a keeper of secrets, a witness to the subtleties of human behavior. I notice the faintest shifts in tone, the slightest changes in pace, the softest whispers of emotions unspoken. I see the world in high definition, a canvas of intricate details that reveal the beauty and complexity of human connection. Love has taught me to pay attention, to cherish the little things that speak volumes about the heart. I notice the way a smile falters, the hesitation in a voice, the gentle touch that speaks of longing. I see the beauty in the fragility, the strength in the vulnerability, and the love that hides in the silences. In a world that often celebrates the grand gestures, I've learned to cherish the small ones. The forgotten conversations, the unspoken understandings, the quiet moments that speak of devotion. I notice the way love weaves its way into the fabric of our lives, a subtle yet powerful force that shapes us in ways both seen and unseen. My heart has become a repository of memories, a sanctuary of emotions, a witness to the ebbs and flows of love. I notice everything, not just the grand declarations but the soft whispers, the gentle touches, the unspoken promises. And in noticing, I find meaning, purpose, and a deep appreciation for the beauty that surrounds me. #love #life #success #creativity #empathy #futurism #motivation #inspiration #problemsolving

YOU DESERVE a healthy love with someone who sees you, hears you, understands you, appreciates you, supports you and loves you. YOU DESERVE to be with someone who brings you peace, calmness and consistency. A gentle love that brings out your soft side, not your survival side. #Relationshipcounselor #Relationship #Relationshipmanagement

You do You. Many of us believe that Love is the highest frequency there is. And that would be hard to argue with. There is a very real argument that suggests that the frequency of Authenticity vibrates higher and here's why; Authenticity is in alignment with your true self which allows for peace and harmony within. This also reduces the internal conflict. Being Authentic allows positive emotions such as peace, joy and happiness to freely flow within you. From an Energetic perspective, this allows for you to better access the Flow and your mind and body love that. Authenticity can also lead to deeper, more genuine relationships as you are just being You. So by all means, you do You. Sure we may stumble from time to time. Not to worry.... The rest of us will adjust. Goodnight All 🙏🏼 #h2hb #leadingwithheart #superfreques #mondaymotivation #tuesdaythoughts #mentalhealth #consciousleadership #soulcoach

**Caption:** "Sometimes, the more we give, the less we are appreciated. It's a curious aspect of human nature: the more available and caring we are, the more likely we are to be taken for granted. We often assume what is freely given will always be there, failing to recognize its true value. By holding back a bit of our affection, we remind others not to underestimate our worth. Love deeply, but also love wisely. Balance is key to maintaining respect and appreciation in any relationship." **Hashtags:** #LoveWisely #ValueYourself #BalanceInRelationships #HumanNature #SelfWorth #HealthyBoundaries #EmotionalIntelligence #RespectAndAppreciation #TrueValue #MindfulLoving #GiveAndTake #RespectYourself #RelationshipAdvice #LoveAndRespect #HeartAndMind #SelfLoveJourney #EmotionalBalance #UnderstandingPeople #HealthyRelationships #WiseLove

Reminder, Principles are more easily upheld with those we don't love. This statement highlights how principles and boundaries can be more readily maintained with individuals we don't have a strong emotional connection with, but can be challenging to uphold with loved ones. When we love someone, our emotions can cloud our judgment, leading us to: - Be more lenient - Overlook flaws - Make excuses - Prioritize the relationship over personal values In contrast, with people we don't have a strong emotional investment in, we are more likely to: - Set clear boundaries - Enforce consequences - Stand firm on our beliefs - Prioritize our own needs This dynamic underscores the complex interplay between love, emotions, and principles in our relationships. While principles are essential, love and compassion can sometimes take precedence, leading us to reevaluate and adapt our boundaries. #Mentalhealthawareness

Have you ever wondered what it might feel like to love without expecting anything in return? To love your close ones, even when our imperfections get on each other nerves, and to accept them fully? Could you let go of the need to argue, even when you feel they're wrong, and take a deep breath instead? In those moments of tension, when they insist they're right and you feel unheard, the greatest opportunity lies in embracing each others' imperfections and accepting the situation. We unintentionally create a wall when approaching others, believing we know better. No one likes to feel inadequate or fall short of expectations. Even when we intend to help, what often comes across is judgment. This dynamic doesn't lift or add value; it causes defensiveness. So, how can we do better? How can we accept the differences between us and those we love, knowing that we are all uniquely ourselves? The truth is, the people with whom we share close relationships - especially in moments of disagreement, are here to teach us about ourselves. These encounters remind us who we are capable of choosing to be. In each situation, we are offered a choice: to insist on being right or to embrace the moment with love, patience, and acceptance. Which will you choose? That choice reflects the depth of your inner wisdom and your willingness to grow in love. #choice #love #acceptance

Love, Wisdom, Awareness – The 3 Mantras of Life by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche In a world filled with distractions and chaos, Rinpoche reminds us of the core principles that bring clarity and peace to our lives: Love: The foundation of all meaningful connections. Love teaches us compassion, empathy, and the ability to see the good in every situation. It’s not just about loving others but also about learning to love yourself. Wisdom: The ability to discern, learn, and grow. Wisdom is not about knowing it all but about understanding what truly matters and making mindful choices every day. Awareness: The art of being present. Awareness helps us break free from the autopilot mode of life, allowing us to experience each moment fully and authentically. These three pillars are a compass guiding us to a life of purpose and fulfillment. Let’s take a moment to reflect on how we can embody love, cultivate wisdom, and practice awareness in our daily lives. Share in the comments: Which mantra resonates with you the most? Let’s start a conversation on living more mindfully. . . . #LifeMantras #YongeyMingyurRinpoche #LoveWisdomAwareness #MindfulLiving #InnerGrowth #LifeLessons #SpiritualWisdom
