In the initial phase of developing a new product in the laboratory, one of the main targets is to have a robust formulation which can be #freezedried under aggressive conditions without compromising any quality attribute of the product, such as reconstitution time, cake appearance, activity, or residual moisture. Once a robust formulation and an optimized cycle are achieved, it is time to the scale up in industrial #lyophilizers. Three efficient, sanitary fans ready for shipment to an international customer in Asia within the #foodindustry 🌏 These fans are destined for use in a closed-cycle spray cooling plant – a process that atomizes molten monoglycerides using spray nozzles, then cooling and solidifying them to produce emulsifiers. The largest fan, with a capacity of 83,300 m³/h, drives the main circulation process, while two smaller fans circulate 17,300 m³/h and 8,700 m³/h, respectively. Operating at approximately 25°C within a closed loop, finer product particles flow with the air, occasionally adhering to surfaces. To mitigate this, all internal fan surfaces have been polished to a smoothness of 0.8 µm, ensuring optimal cleanliness. As powder particles are present in the loop, the fans are designed for Ex II 3/-D (ATEX zone 22 internally). For cleaning of the plant including the fans, hot air is introduced to melt and remove any adhered particles, which are then drained from the plant. #dairyindustry #centrifugalfans #industrialfals #spraycooling

An industrial coaxial mixer is a mixing device designed to handle highly viscous or complex rheological materials, such as creams, gels, pastes, and other thick substances. The MixSing Coaxial features two agitators mounted on concentric shafts, which can rotate independently at different speeds and in opposite directions.
