💡 Meet our Speakers: Miguel Solana is a Senior Advisor on Insurance and Risk Finance at UNDP, leading the technical implementation across the Facility’s 39 country footprint. Over the past 15 years he has designed and implemented more than 50 insurance innovation initiatives, delivering insurance protection to 20 million people. Before UNDP, Miguel led the ILO’s insurance innovation work in Africa and Latin America, and inclusive insurance market development initiatives globally. He has also held positions at Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort and Symbiotics Group. Médecins Sans Frontières Suisse / Ärzte ohne Grenzen Schweiz is co-organising an important Islamic Blended Finance workshop in collaboration with the Global Donors Forum, where it will highlight its Islamic giving offer and efforts.
