The Reserve Bank has published the second consultation paper on the standards to be introduced under the Deposit Takers Act 2023 (DT Act). The consultation follows the previous consultation on the core standards that closed on 16 August and represents the next stage in a significant multi-year work programme by the Reserve Bank to implement the DT Act.
