Solution: To add a wine rack within a cabinet, Edit the cabinet, select the 'Single Cabinet' tab, ensure 'Shelving' is enabled, and then enable the 'Wine Rack' option. For a wine rack symbol, select Draw > Symbol > Interior Decor > Accessories and use the "wine rack" symbol.
