We are looking for: Administrative Assistant - VFX and Video Post-Production for cinema We are seeking an organized and competent administrative professional for a renowned company based in Rome, specializing in VFX and video post-production for cinema. The company's mission is to create extraordinary visual experiences that leave a lasting impression on audiences. Responsibilities: • Personnel management using the Zucchetti software. • Management of the active cycle and invoicing (using Fatture in Cloud). • Recording of bank statements. • Handling of foreign self-billing. • Corporate purchasing. • Monitoring contractual deadlines for employees and freelance VAT workers. • Support in administrative procedures. Requirements: • Proficiency in using management software: Experience with the Zucchetti software for personnel management. • Knowledge of accounting and invoicing: familiarity with “Fatture in Cloud” software and ability to manage the active invoicing cycle. • Precision and attention to detail: ability to accurately record bank statements. • Knowledge of international tax regulations: experience in handling foreign self-billing. • Organizational skills: ability to manage corporate purchases and monitor contractual deadlines. • Administrative skills: experience in supporting daily administrative tasks. • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with employees and collaborators. • Problem-solving: Ability to efficiently and independently solve problems. • Proactivity and autonomy: Capability to manage tasks independently and proactively. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM on-site.
