Stumbled upon some exciting news today—the collaboration between the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA and Salesforce to launch the Educator’s Empowerment Program (EEP). As a Salesforce Partner, I was immediately drawn to this initiative. It really resonated with me on a personal level. You see, I believe in the power of education to transform lives, and this program is a fantastic example of how industry and academia can work together to achieve that. By equipping educators with the knowledge and skills to teach Salesforce technologies, we’re not just creating skilled professionals; we are empowering the next generation with in-demand skills that can open doors to exciting careers. Dear Professors, Skill-based recruitment is increasingly surpassing degree-based employment. Since 2005, Zoho, an Indian product firm, has exemplified the efficacy of the hire-train process, with 15% of its candidates without a degree. In response to the worldwide job hiring trend, UGC has implemented three novel guidelines in accordance with NEP 2020. (i) Recognition of earlier learning. There are 20 lakhs people applied for TNPSC Group 4 exam. Only 0.5% people are succeed to get a job. Remaining?! we prepared for Group 4 exam for minimum 2 to 3 years to crack it. In 1990's IAS Officer who told recently in an interview, "Aspirants who are preparing for g4 exam now is equal to who were prepared for upsc in 1990s". The syllabus are Tamil, General studies ( includes Science, Polity, History, Economics, Geography, Tamil society development, current Affairs ). We too have a Aptitude and Reasoning knowledge. Aptitude plays a major role to us to clear. The remaining aspirants who aren't cleared struggling to live a life of an individual and their family. They are going to daily wages work to survive in the world. They don't get any opportunities to come out of economic crisis.
