Expanding the framework beyond hiring & recruiting. One clear verdict - the energy around #AI is just electric! ⚡  Here are my top takeaways from this journey! It is clear that, beyond exploring a billion-dollar addressable market, I am excited to engage a billion addressable users globally. #AIregulations are developing at lightning speed across countries. Governments worldwide are clearly taking swift action to address this technological revolution. AI awareness is sky-high. The global conversation has shifted from 'if' to 'how' and 'when'." Every event, conference, and symposium I attended didn't just inform—it ignited even more curiosity about AI's potential. Investors are very excited and listen to all possible ideas rather than just watching from the sidelines, they're actively learning and adapting the new strategies. I can now say with conviction that AI is all set to handle 30% of human work. HR, hiring, and recruiting will be at the forefront of a massive, forced transformation. #AIinHR With Maayu, we're on the frontlines of this paradigm shift in hiring. It's both thrilling and humbling. Major players are aware of the looming energy and data center crisis. They're already taking action to protect data sovereignty and ensure inclusivity.
