#ESSOutdoorApplication. We installed two C&I ESS, CESS 1500 and CESS 200, in our Zero-carbon factory. Recently we've been encountering hottest wheather in a year. The outdoor temperature can reach above 40℃. In this hottest summer, we will also encounter rainstorm. But our system runs well and steady. A question we've been asked frequently is, "Your IP rating is IP54, why can your C&I ESS be installed outdoor?" This is a good question. Here is why: ①IP54 is considered for system ventilation and heat dissipation. So you will find lots of holes somethere on the enclosure. Then you may worry that the rain or water may enter into the the system from the holes. Yes, rain and water will enter into the system but we have well designed drain hole, drain slot and drain tube in the system, which means everything insidel won't be impacted because all the water entered will go out in the drain at bottom. ②We will do all-round spray test (see at the end of the video clip) for every unit before shipping out to make it more reliable. #CommercialandIndustrialESS #HighQualityESS

Another crucial step in fluid lifecycle analysis is reviewing fluid application systems. This includes the equipment condition (checking for function, leaks, etc.) as well as how accurately the system is delivering the fluids. Is there excess fluid on parts? Press beds? The floor? Anything that comes into contact with MWF should be checked for fluid waste. This step is important for later determining the right fluid to use for your application, but it can also be a site of issues and inefficiencies that, when rectified, can use MWF more optimally. The large inner pipe blows compressed air into the cylindrical tubes. The small outer pipe drains the nitrogen produced. The pure nitrogen follows its path to the room to be protected against fire. By blowing in nitrogen, our LOX fire prevention system expels the oxygen present in a room. The separation of nitrogen and oxygen from input air is done in cylindrical tubes. Each island of our LOX system contains every eight of these tubes. These cylinders are filled with carbon fibres. Compressed air pushes air through these cylinders, expelling oxygen from the input air and leaving nitrogen. By alternately pressurising and venting the tubes, our LOX system produces high-purity gaseous nitrogen via HP-PSA technology. Our LOX system is easily scalable due to its modular construction. When the nitrogen demand increases, we link several modules to achieve the desired capacity. With customisation, it is even possible to supply up to 6,000m3 pure nitrogen per hour.
