Thought for Today - In a gentle way, you can shake the world. Mahatma Gandhi Sometimes, the most profound impact we can have on the world is through acts of gentleness and kindness. It's about embracing empathy, compassion, and understanding in our interactions with others. By approaching life with a gentle touch, we can create ripples of positivity that spread far and wide, touching hearts and inspiring change. Whether it's lending a listening ear, offering a helping hand, or simply sharing a smile, our gentle actions have the power to shake the world in ways we may never fully realize. So, let's embrace the power of gentleness and strive to make a difference, one kind gesture at a time. 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 ⚖ Balancing our personal needs with those of others is a challenge we all face, but it’s a core principle deeply rooted in our faith. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) emphasised moderation in all aspects of life- a wisdom that guides us in managing our relationships effectively. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐥𝐞𝐭'𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧: →Identifying Healthy Boundaries: Reflect on areas in your life where setting limits could improve your well-being and relationships. →Communicating with Kindness: Express your boundaries clearly and respectfully. →Respecting Others' Boundaries: Just as we need our space, others do too. Honoring others' limits is an act of compassion. Remember, boundaries are not walls but bridges to healthier, more fulfilling relationships. They allow us to care for ourselves while maintaining strong connections with others – 𝒂 𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕'𝒔 𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒐 𝑰𝒔𝒍𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒄 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆. Let's make this week about nurturing ourselves and our relationships in a way that honours both our individual needs and our responsibilities to others. #HealthyBoundaries #IslamicWisdom #NurtureRelationships

》Karma without attachment to fruits leads to the attainment of Supreme Reality《 तस्मादसक्तः सततं कार्यं कर्म समाचर । असक्तो ह्याचरन्कर्म परमाप्नोति पूरूषः॥ Therefore, without being attached to the fruits of activities, one should act as a matter of duty, for by working without attachment one attains the Supreme. (Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 3, Verse 19) 🙏🙏🙏 Don’t look for ways to complain; they come naturally to us. Look for ways to be grateful. By yourself or with someone, take responsibility for your happiness. Go, get a life. ■■■The True Meaning of Karma■■■ To understand the meaning of karma, we must first recognize that it is neither #fate nor #destiny. Our conscious acts influence our karma. Contrary to popular belief, choosing the “wrong” action does not always result in a negative outcome. Our ideas and deeds determine our karma. The natural law of karma is that we are responsible for our actions... #KarmaLaws #Community #WorldForBetterPlace #BhagavadGita #Peace

The 5 G’s that hold the key to a peaceful world, rooted in Gandhi’s timeless values: Grace – The power to approach every situation with kindness, calmness, and forgiveness. Where ego ends, peace begins. Goodwill – A simple gesture of kindness can spark a wave of peaceful interactions. Let’s build bridges of understanding, not walls of division. Generosity – True giving isn’t about material things but the gift of your time, patience, and love—no strings attached, just harmony in return. Growth – The journey of growth isn’t just personal. Social and spiritual development aligned with non-violence leads us toward a better world for all. Gratitude – A thankful heart holds no conflict. Gratitude brings contentment and nurtures peace from within. These 5 G’s form a holistic approach to living a life of peace and zero conflict, deeply resonating with Gandhi’s values. 🌿 Embrace them, live them, and spread them. Let’s shape a world that thrives on love, kindness, and compassion. #PathToPeace #LiveWithGrace #GoodwillGoesALongWay #GenerosityWithoutExpectation #PersonalGrowth #GratitudeAlways #GandhiValues #PeaceAndHarmony

How many times do we mess up today, because we are either fretting over what happened yesterday or we are worried about what might happen tomorrow. Stop! Follow these three steps to improve your performance, increase your focus, gain more peace, and experience more joy throughout your day! 1. Do not fret over yesterday. Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:13-14 2. Do not worry about tomorrow. So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:34 3. Focus on today, and trust the Lord will guide you through it. Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 Follow me in my quest to #impactlives247 by sharing posts that encourage, educate and energize. #impactlives247 by liking, commenting and sharing this to encourage others in your network. 🦧 The Timeless Wisdom of Mahatma Gandhi's Three Monkeys 🦧 Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of our Nation, introduced us to three wise monkeys, each symbolising "Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil, and See No Evil." This teaching remains profoundly relevant today and always. In striving for a simple, happy, and healthy life, and in maintaining both personal and professional relationships, we should embody the essence of these three monkeys – but all in one in ourselves - Speak no Bad, Hear no Bad, See no Bad. But is it really that simple ? I’d love to hear your thoughts on applying this timeless wisdom in our modern lives. #Wisdom #Gandhi #LifeLessons #ProfessionalGrowth #PersonalDevelopment #Happiness #workculture
