Be knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of your Job, your department, other departments and your property. Make it a habit that you always have a look on your department notice boards as well as the staff areas notice boards. Before you work on any equipment, learn how to use it ! Participate in protecting the assets of your property including the furniture and equipment of the staff housing.

They have a less than 3% acceptance rate for applicants. They also have a 13-step credentialing process that is unique to the industry. They have a 24/7 scheduling team in the office so they can respond to a no-show within 15 minutes. They also have a flex pool of employees who are not currently working but are willing to help in a crisis. They are very proud of their no no-show guarantee. If they cannot cover one of their employee no-shows for a shift within 2 hours, they will deliver a check for $250 to the facility.
