Students are the beating heart of schools, the focal point that drives us and the core reason that keeps us driving, not just at work, in the education field, but also in life altogether. With that, having students as allies and ambassadors creates the magic of student involvement in the admissions process. I’ve witnessed how this approach leaves a lasting impression on prospective families, giving them a front-row seat to the energy and vibrancy that defines a school community. When showcasing your school, don't just offer a regular tour; invite families to experience the soul of the campus, through the eyes of your students. Whether it's during open days, information sessions, or personal tours, ask students to step into the role of ambassadors; offering credible and genuine insights into what it’s really like to spend a transforming day at the school. It’s more than just showing off “state-of-the-art facilities” or rich curriculum—it’s about giving prospective families a sneak peek into the life of the school. The place where they consider is their second home and consider you as the partner of shaping the lives of their everything, their …..”babies”. From a marketing prospective, the connection becomes personal and deeply meaningful. It creates an instant bond and a sense of hope.
