✨Convenience.✨ This is a word that defines many of our in-car digital features at #MercedesBenz. It’s our modus operandi and a great example of this is the introduction of smartphone-style widgets to the Mercedes me App. Now you can tailor the phone display to put the most regularly used functions and important information right where you need them. Here is an image of my iPhone to give you an example. On the home screen, you can choose to have a small or medium-sized widget – and they both work for ICE, hybrid and EV vehicles. The former simply shows the remaining range. It allows me to lock/unlock the doors, open/close the windows or sunroof, and turn on pre-conditioning, which is very useful on hot or cold days. Take it from me, having these functions at your fingertips makes everyday life so much easier.👍 #Userexperience #Digital
It really took a while, but now I really love the Mercedes App and the wonderful Widgets!
It will be exciting when you can call the vehicle from the parking area via an app in the future.
Brilliant merge of digital convenience with automotive innovation.
I use the Widgets very often as well and I like it, but I miss the Siri integration. That would be awesome!
Hey Magnus, we are working heavily with Digital Twins in Unity and because of the fact that MBUX is moving to Unity, I decided to buy an EQB 250+, amazing car. Now there is a slight issue, in Turkey the Mercedes Me app is not available. We would like your help on this issue because the car is kinda like half done with some features, like we can't preheat-cool the car from outside :/
Excellent work short questions: ❓can you remote close windows? ❓can you remote start the clima BUT also set the temperature? Both #bmw doesn‘t support…
It's been great to see the MB app team release a steady stream of improvements. The upsell bundles are still a tad confusing (sales screens don't clearly explain what I already have, vs what I can buy), but the functionality keeps getting better.
Widgets on a phone are super. Personally I really miss buttons in a car - but with AI Advances it won't matter. Mercedes-Benz AG is doing a great job bringing this to their products.
