Developing production schedules: To study and prepare the drawings, methods plan, quality plan and accordingly do the production planning and production schedules based on customer orders, resource availability, shop capability and production capacity. They must ensure that schedules are realistic, achievable, and balanced. 2. Manage project cost with help of project manager 3. Provide inputs to estimation team for usable inventory for new project . 4. Support manpower mobilization, qualifications and prepare SOPs for special, FOAK and new processes. 5. Plan resource utilization for a new project which including space, machines, tools n tackles. 6. Plan and design execution methodology, alternate plans. 7. Follow up with scm, engineering and NDT functions for meeting schedules. 8. Prepare catch up plans in case of lagging projects. 9. Propose new machinery and fixtures. 10. Support digitalization. 11. Estimate the cost of manufacturing for proposals and maintain the same cost during the execution. 12. Plan outsourcing and in-house work content. 13. Accurately control the time scheduled and keep the back up plans ready to ensure, on time delivery. 14. Prepare and provide the material kit lists to shop feeder cell with help of look ahead planning. 15. Generate and control the workstation plans. 6. Plan special process in-factory outsourcing. 17. Estimation of overloads and argument the resources like human resource, space, machines, tools. 18. Generate standard operating procedures. 19. Generate the plan vs actual data. 20. Minimise the project inventory. 21. Organize the Third-party inspection/ customer calls with help of QAC. 22. Support the project managers in their activities. 23. Digital Monitoring of production processes: monitoring production processes data available on IOT platforms to ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively. 24. Identify/ predict bottlenecks and other issues that may impact delivery by production and take corrective action as necessary. 25. Plan logistics. 26. Ensure the completeness of dispatches. 27.
