Cold Jet Dry Ice Cleaning Technology is ideal for Surface Preparation and it also Reduces the Scrap Ratio and Increases Productivity. During the hot water tank manufacturing process, insulator foam is injected between the inner liner and the shell to ensure thermal insulation. If there is any minor leakage between the coupling parts (for instance the seals), the foam fills the holes and can leave foam remnants on the surface of the product. Because these products are for home and professional use, it was crucial that the products be 100% clean of any dirt, debris and insulator foam. Dry ice cleaning is a non-abrasive, non-flammable and non-conductive cleaning method. It is environmentally-friendly and contains no secondary contaminants such as solvents or grit media. It allows items to be cleaned in place without time-consuming disassembly. It can be used to remove production residues, release agents, contaminants, paints, oils and biofilms and for many general cleaning applications Traditional cleaning methods are time-consuming and tedious, not to mention ineffective for complete removal. Dry ice cleaning is up to three times faster than traditional methods!!!. Cleaning with Cold Jet Dry Ice Blasting Provides: ✔️No secondary waste ✔️Reduced cleaning time (up to 80%) ✔️Increase in Quality standards ✔️Clean in-place, no cool down, with minimal disassembly ✔️A non-abrasive clean that won’t damage substrates ✔️Non-conductive process ✔️Media entrapment elimination ✔️Increased operator safety ✔️An environmentally responsible clean 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲? 🆂🆃🅴🅰🅼 🅳🅴🅶🆁🅴🅰🆂🅸🅽🅶 🆄🅽🅳🅴🆁 🆅🅰🅲🆄🆄🅼 3 steps, how it works: 1. 𝔼𝕧𝕒𝕔𝕦𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕠𝕗 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣 The chamber is evacuated to a high vacuum level. This serves several purposes: - Reducing the boiling point: under vacuum, the solvent boils at a lower temperature, which reduces energy requirements. - Removal of air and moisture: Air and moisture can impair cleaning efficiency and must therefore be removed. 2. 𝕊𝕠𝕝𝕧𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝕖𝕧𝕒𝕡𝕠𝕣𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 The solvent is heated and vaporized in the still. The vapor flows into the chamber and condenses on the cooler surfaces of the parts to be cleaned. In the process, the vapor dissolves impurities and oils from the surfaces and even in blind holes, etc. 3. ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕤𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕣𝕖𝕔𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕪 The solvent vapor condenses and is extracted together with the dissolved contaminants. The condensate is purified again in a distillation process and can be reused, lowering costs and reducing environmental impact. 𝔸𝕕𝕧𝕒𝕟𝕥𝕒𝕘𝕖𝕤 𝕠𝕗 𝕧𝕒𝕔𝕦𝕦𝕞 𝕧𝕒𝕡𝕠𝕣 𝕕𝕖𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕚𝕟𝕘 - Efficiency: High cleaning efficiency thanks to the combination of solvent vapor and vacuum. - Environmental friendliness: Reduced solvent consumption and closed-loop systems minimize environmental impact. - Safety: Reduced risk of explosion and fire due to operation under vacuum and at lower temperatures. - Protection of parts: Gentle cleaning of even sensitive parts by using solvent vapor instead of mechanical action. DCCD® provides professional dust suppression solutions for dust and airflow direction of conveying equipment. 1. Two spray systems are set at the material chute of the previous conveyor to suppress the dust overflow from the material guide port effectively. At the same time, it can also reduce the amount of dust after the bulk material slides down. 2. When the bulk material enters the sealed cabin of the next conveyor line, the dust is wrapped in the fully sealed cabin to prevent leakage, and the air filter, air filter, high-pressure atomization spray system, and dust curtain suppress the dust overflow. 3. According to the inclination of the conveyor belt on both sides of the guide chute, the overflow skirt is matched to reduce the overflow of materials and dust from both sides of the sealed cabin. The DCCD dust suppression system can effectively suppress ≥95% of dust, and provide customers with a clean and safe production environment by reducing dust pollution and bulk material overflow.

Very good article, worth reading carefully
1. Clean the oil on the conveyor chain from time to time and add butter. 2. The water in the pool should be replaced about once a week depending on the specific pollution conditions and the water pump filter should be cleaned at the same time. 3. If the air supply system of the spray cabinet is blocked or there is too much dust, the air filter cotton needs to be replaced. 4. The spray cabinet needs to be cleaned before shutting down every day. 5. It takes about three days to open the back of the spray cabinet to clean the oil filter system. #powdercoating #Powdercoatings #fabrication

www.darko-tech.com The installation of pulse jet bag filter is very convenient, and customers can install them by themselves .It is very economical and practical. Several important considerations during installation of pulse jet bag filter: 1. Check the contents against the equipment list to ensure there are no missing or damaged parts. 2. Install the baghouse dust collector from the bottom up。 3. The center of the spray nozzle should align with the center of the tubesheet. 4. Clean compressed air pipes, and conduct a sealing test. The test pressure should be 1.15 times the working pressure. 5. Ensure flanges and joints are properly sealed. 6. First, remove the spray pipes and then install the filter bags。The mouths of filter bag should fit tightly against the tubesheet and must not be skewed. the cages should be installed vertically. #pulsejet #bag #filter #Installation #dust #collector
