Leakage sensor A sensor that detects the current leaking due to poor insulation of electrical equipment. Ground ammeters that detect the current by using the magnetic field generated by the current by connecting the ground circuit of the electrical equipment are widely used. When the detection current is DC, a magnetic modulator is used, which adds AC excitation current through another path to generate AC current proportional to the DC current in other coils . Current detection sensors that use the multiplication function of Hall elements can also be used as leakage sensors.

What is the Opration of AVR In Ac Alternator? AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) Purpose: The AVR is used to regulate the output voltage of an AC alternator to ensure it remains stable and within a specified range despite variations in load and other conditions. Working Principle: The AVR continuously monitors the output voltage of the alternator. Based on the sensed voltage, the AVR compares it to a reference voltage.If the output voltage deviates from the reference value, the AVR adjusts the excitation current supplied to the alternator's field windings.Increasing the excitation current increases the magnetic field strength, thereby increasing the output voltage.Decreasing the excitation current decreases the magnetic field strength, thereby decreasing the output voltage. This process operates in a feedback loop to continuously maintain the output voltage at the desired level. Components.
