It's not enough to wish for a better year, we have to make it happen. Greatness doesn't arrive at your doorstep, you make it happen. And that is with hard (but mostly smart) work. That's why my main resolution for next year is to make 2025 our best year yet. But I'm not waiting 'till January 1st to start, I'm already working on it. Reflecting on 2024: What a Year! As the year draws to a close, I can’t help but feel grateful for the adventures, milestones, and moments of growth that 2024 brought. It’s been a year of embracing challenges, celebrating wins, and staying true to what matters most. 🌟 Family First: Weekly adventures with my little family remain my top priority—always above anything else. 🏔️ High Achievements: Climbed the highest point in Spain (with a little help from a cable cart!). 😊 Embracing Change: Got braces at nearly 40—proof that it’s never too late to invest in yourself. 💼 A Big Decision: Realized I never want to be employed again and took the leap. 🚀 Business Milestone: Founded JMO Assist Ltd., a virtual assistance business with a clear niche. 🐦 Animal Rescue: Drove four sick birds to the vet this year; they just seem to find us! ☕ Lifestyle Wins: Still drinking loads of coffee and keeping my alcohol-free streak going strong since 2018. 🚛 Keeping the Wheels Turning: Continued contributing to JMO Transport Ltd. 🤝 Stepping Out: Attended my first-ever networking event and loved the experience. They create a safe space for you to express your feelings, no matter how weird or wacky they might be. Knowledge Ninjas: These are the people who always have something new to teach you. They're constantly learning and growing, and they love sharing their knowledge with others. Tough Times Titans: These are the friends who have your back, no matter what. They'll be there to support you through thick and thin. Inspiration Icons: These are the people who inspire you to be your best self. They're passionate, driven, and always striving for greatness. So, how do you find and keep these amazing people in your life? Well, it's all about being a good friend yourself. Be kind, be supportive, and be there for the people you care about. Remember, you deserve to be surrounded by people who make you feel good about yourself. Don't settle for anything less!

🎉 To bid farewell to another year, I proudly reflect on all the successes, exciting moments, achievements, and shortcomings in 2024! 💚 I can confidently say that I pushed the boundaries in personal development, technological advancement, and innovative contribution. It started earlier at the kickoff of the year with an end-summary process of the previous year, which included reflection, a rich conversation with professionals, and feedback from colleagues to help me develop and strengthen future performance. 💪🏼 The year begins with a commitment to focus on developmental goals, and visions to perform better.
