I thought about two things I can do: - clarify what is my opinion in the first place and structure how I deliver the info - to convince investors and not clients, actually form an opinion not on « ticketing operations » but on ticketing as a market Any thoughts?

(https://lnkd.in/g52XT3wd) I'm glad there's research confirming this, but I'm also left feeling kinda like "Really? We knew this already..." Although this takes an organizational level view, remember, most of these findings function at multiple levels. I.e., even an abusive team leader is detrimental to team performance and effectiveness at local scope. Expert > Group > Individual With the trend toward over valuing group think (aka mob mentality), most seem to have misread the literature. In an area where no one is an expert, groups tend to perform better than individuals. In a situation where there is an expert, the expert significantly out performs non-expert group think and non-expert individual thought. We tried this the first week at Cornell MBA on winter survival, each team did worse than the expert but better than the individual.
