It's raining GRESB stars! Are we out of work?   Many of our clients (and other real estate companies) have been securing stars and good scores in their yearly #GRESB reports. Does that mean that our job is done? We don’t think so! Here’s why: - No real estate company has fully achieved net-zero (yet). - Only a few have over 95% quality energy and water data (there’s always some missing information). - Many still rely on invoices or estimates to improve data coverage. - All companies need a solid strategy and target for obtaining quality data—for compliance, legislation, and yes, those shiny stars. At Hello Energy, our conclusion is clear: 100% high quality energy and water data should be the target within the next few years. From there, we can implement solutions to reach net-zero—and earn some stars along the way.
