I Dear MakeMyTrip Team, I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received and the ongoing harassment caused by your partner, Sai Travel. I have been trying to resolve my refund issue for my booking (Booking ID: [20465334174935552]), but despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I have faced constant harassment from Sai Travel’s team, with no clear communication or proper assistance provided. The lack of professionalism and transparency is completely unacceptable, especially considering the significant amount of money I’ve already paid. I chose MakeMyTrip for its reputed customer service, but this experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I request that you intervene immediately to ensure my refund is processed without further delay. The continuous back-and-forth with Sai Travel has been exhausting, and I expect a swift resolution to avoid further inconvenience. Please treat this as a priority and provide a clear timeline for the refund. Looking forward to your prompt action and response. Further I request you to remove Sai Travel Chembur from Your List as they are very unprofessional .
I am writing to express my concern regarding the refund for my booking (PNR: UE4PZ9, Reference No: 20408571037714560). Despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, I have not yet received the refund. As per your email dated 12th November 2024, the refund was supposed to be processed within 10–12 days. However, it has been well beyond this timeframe. The airline confirmed the full refund on 11th November 2024, so I fail to understand the delay in crediting the amount.I would also like to remind you of the RBI guidelines, which stipulate that refunds must be processed within 12 working days. Kindly look into this matter urgently, provide a clear explanation for the delay, and confirm the refund at the earliest.Your prompt resolution of this issue will be highly appreciated.

Following this, I requested a refund through MakeMyTrip. However, even after all this time, I have not received any updates regarding the refund. To my disappointment, your customer service team has shown a lack of basic courtesy by not reaching out to inform me about the cancellation status or to discuss alternative arrangements. It is evident that they are not even aware of the flight cancellation. Whenever I contact customer service, the blame is shifted to AirAsia, with claims that they have not made any payment, and therefore, the status of my refund cannot be confirmed. I find this explanation unacceptable. My booking was made through MakeMyTrip, and as per your refund policy, I am entitled to a refund within 15 days. It is your responsibility to process this refund, regardless of your arrangements with AirAsia. The 15-day period has already passed, and I am yet to see any resolution. They are sending automated draft text , it’s really frustrating now , it’s been 20 days I don’t get my refund and they. Are putting the blame on airlines , I booked flights ticket from MakeMyTrip and not Airasia plz understand, I think should go to consumer court and this sorted there ,
Just not opening the comment section does mean people are happy. If you really need to reduce complaints start training your staff properly. One such clear incident under subject line Unable to book the flight.
