This post sums up why the key performance indicators are trending the wrong way. A them and us culture at its very worst and devoid of any self awareness. Able to post on behalf of the organisation on their company laptop from the comfort of their home. No extremes of temperature in their working environment, no abusive customers, no uncompensated alarm calls in the night, no potentially violent car park tobacco snatches to deal with, no threat of unannounced audit etc etc A 2 tier system that needs an urgent wake up call.

2moWhat idiot in Booker group posted this?? How about just turning up at the workplace and doing a day’s work instead of pottering around doing the washing or taking your dog for a walk? Go into a branch and see what life is like running a depot while others think they can manage a business from behind a computer screen. Charles Wilson built a company where everyone was invested in pulling in the same direction, you have simply no idea what this concept even means.
