As autumn approaches and the leaves fall, we’re reminded that life is full of changes. Just like the seasons, our learning journey is always evolving. This peaceful moment at my university reminds me that every step, no matter how small, leads to growth. Embrace change, keep learning, and trust the process. Each season brings new opportunities to grow and become better. #LifeLesson #KeepLearning #EmbraceChange #GrowthJourney

🎉 Another Year Older, Another Year Wiser? 🤔 As I mark another year on this journey, I find myself reflecting on the idea that with age comes wisdom. But does getting older automatically make us wiser? True wisdom isn’t just a byproduct of time passing—it’s the result of learning from our experiences, embracing change, and challenging ourselves to grow. This past year has been full of opportunities to do just that. Stepping into this new year, I’m committed to continuing this journey of growth and learning. After all, wisdom is earned, not given. Here’s to embracing the lessons of the past and looking forward to the opportunities ahead. 🥂 #GrowthMindset #LifelongLearning #PersonalDevelopment #Wisdom

I turned 24 on Saturday🥳 I had a great time relaxing with the family, with a month of birthday celebrations ahead (so Gen Z, I know😎). And I couldn’t help but reflect on how it’s been 6 years since I left school!! Crazy, right?😳 So here are 6 things I’ve learned since leaving school: 1. Have a balanced perspective⚖️ Life isn’t always black and white. It's essential to seek to understand the full picture. 2. You’ll always be a student👨🏾🎓 Keeping your mind fresh learning new things is vital. Don’t stress about not knowing it all; it's a continuous journey. 3. Don’t stress, there’s so much life ahead💆🏾♂️ Social media might make you feel like you need to conquer the world by 25, but remember, you’re still young. Life has so much more to offer. 4. But also don’t let people limit you because you’re “still young”📦 Be ambitious. Don’t let others' experiences dictate your path. 5. Be a bit deluded and back it up with hard work🤯 Your ideas might seem crazy to others, and that’s okay. Keep working toward your vision! 6. Build for your future and eternity🙏🏾 Focus on things that last—relationships, faith, and legacy. Invest in what can be passed along. What have you learned since leaving school? 🌟 Do You Have a Word of the Year? 🌟 Each year, as I jump into my annual planning - both in life and work - I pick a "Word of the Year" to keep me focused and inspired. This year, my word is… ADAPTABILITY. Standing here at my alma mater, University of Colorado Boulder, where the motto is "Let Your Light Shine", I'm reminded that adaptability is exactly what allows our light to shine brightest in the different chapters of our life. Being adaptable helps us embrace the "new", stay relevant, navigate challenges, and seize opportunities as they come our way. On the personal front, this word hits home for me as a parent. Kids are constantly growing and changing, and being flexible helps us meet their evolving needs while fostering a loving and empowering environment. 💡 I'd love for you to join me in this tradition! What's your word for 2025? Let's inspire each other and make the most of this year together. Share it in the comments!👇 #WordOfTheYear #Adaptability #AnnualPlanning #ForeverBuffs #FindingFulfillment
