Networking: Building Bridges, Not Transactions This week, I had the privilege of meeting with many Military Veterans through the Cincinnati Military and Veteran Consortium. I learned about some veteran-specific initiatives, such as the 3C Foundation and a local group looking to build a tiny home community for homeless veterans within the Cincinnati area. Share it. ☑ Support Veteran-Owned Businesses Your patronage makes a difference. ☑ Donate Contribute to veteran charities and causes. ☑ Attend Memorial Services Pay your respects. Reflect on their service. ☑ Share on Social Media Raise awareness. Spread gratitude. Lately, my youngest daughter and I have been knitting and crocheting items for Operation Gratitude.  It's a great way to spend the cold winter months! Veterans gave their all. It's our turn to give back. Honor their service. Show your respect. Celebrate their bravery. This is how we honor our heroes.

The US Army invests millions into the training and development of our Green Berets; but when they transition from service they are too often left to fend for themselves in preparing for the next chapter. Maxwell. 📈 Like any healthy organization's leadership does as part of the process of continuous improvement, we invest in our team to properly serve our veteran community, enhance our board's capability to grow and contribute through the various programs and services we offer, and build upon our competitive advantages which multiply the impact of our direct support dollars. 🌟 In closing, when a good leader awakens the depth of presence in another and encounters the sacredness and inner world of the other, leadership is truly transformational and healing.
