Small changes make huge difference 😇 Today I had a call with one candidate and she mentioned that her resident location is far from the work location and she had an offer in an organization which is close to our office and it was completely WFO. I understood her expectation and mentioned that I will try to get her work from home or hybrid work mode. Though I didn't promise, she was overwhelmed for the effort that I took to understand her struggle. After that, I was not the person following up with her but it was vice versa. Understanding the candidate's need makes a small change in the recruitment process 😊 #recruitment #HR
